청각장애아동의 또래집단 의사표현이 언어발달에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 친구 말 듣기 활동을 이용한 중재가 또래와의 대화에 어려움을 보이는 청각장애 아동을 대상으로 말차례에 미치는 효과를 연구하였다. 집중하여 친구의 말을 듣기 활동은 일상적인 장소에 대한 설명, 기능 등을 묻는 질문으로 이루어져 있으며 "재미있는 듣기연습 중 일부를 이용하여 실시되었다. 본 연구는 G구에 거주하고 있는 청각장애 아동 2명을 대상으로 하였으며, 문장 이해가 가능한 아동으로 여러 문헌에 근거하여 말차례 주고받기의 규칙을 습득하고 대화 개시 및 유지가 가능한 연령인 만 5세, 6세 아동을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 친구 말 듣기 활동을 통해 또래와의 순차적 말차례 횟수가 사전검사에 비해 중재 후 사후 검사에서 상승하였다. 둘째, 친구 말 듣기활동이 또래 간 상호작용 시 중첩 말차례의 비율을 감소시켰다. 셋째, 친구 말 듣기활동이 선행발화와 의미적으로 연결되는 반응을 증진시켰다. 결론적으로 대화에 기본적인 언어 구조를 습득했음에도 불구하고 청각적인 제한으로 인해 또래와의 대화 시 말차례 주고받기, 주제 유지의 문제로 인해 대화의 단절을 겪고 이로 인하여 친구와 상호작용에 어려움을 보이는 청각장애 아동에게 소집단에서의 친구 말 듣기 활동은 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effect of the end of times targeting the arbitration hearing impaired children with hearing difficulties late friend activity seen in conversation with peers. Focus by listening to the words of friend activity consists of asking the question description, function, etc. for daily spot was performed using some of the "fun listening exercises. This study was targeted to deaf children two people who live in District G, on the basis of the literature from a child to understand AV sentence possible situations acquire the rules of the sending and receiving end of turn and initiating and maintaining a conversation is possible age 5 years, 6 years old were enrolled children. Obtained from the results of this study are as follows. First, the sequential number of times the end of the age and through listening to friends say is activity was increased in post-test after the intervention compared to pre-test. Second, listening to friends say activities reduced the percentage of overlap between peer interaction during the end times. Third, the friends say listening activities and promote the leading semantic utterance in response to which it is connected. In conclusion, despite acquiring basic language structures in conversation with peers and give a talk during the end times due to the acoustic limits, experiencing a dialogue of disconnection due to a problem with the theme kept hearing impairment because of this difficulty seems to interact with your friends friends say listening activities in the sub-group for children can be a positive influence crazy.
