영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyse which job stressors of delivery employees in the foodservice industry (Job related stressor, Driving related stressor, Organization related stressor, Interpersonal relationship related stressor and Extra organization related stressor) influence on the job stress and turnover intention. As a result, First, job related stressor, driving related stressor and extra organization related stressor are the influential factors on the job stress and turnover intention in positive way. Second, interpersonal relationship related stressor is the influential factor on turnover intention in positive way. Third, organization related stressor have no significant influence directly on job stress and turnover intention. This study suggests a basic frame to minimize stress and reduce turnover by confirming the job stressors of delivery employees to the managers of foodservice industry.
