영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate differences of dining-out behaviors by social stratification and demographics, A sample of 398 surveys which showed a 96.8% usual response rate. From the literature review, dining-out behaviors variables have been developed, and three categories of social stratification: upper class, middle class, and lower class were used, Using the SF23 Win, Ver, 11.5 statistical package chi-square analyses have been conducted to identify significant differences of dining-out behaviors by three classed social stratification and demographics. The results showed that there were significant differences of dining-out behaviors by three classed social stratification as well as demographics. And the managerial implications of these results for relational benefits of casual dining restaurant customers are discussed.
