국문 초록

본 연구에서는 목회자의 리더십의 역할에 대해 복지목회적 관점에서 조명하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 목회자의 사회복지인식이 복지목회활성화에 미치는 영향관계에서 리더십의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울ㆍ경기의 350명의 목회자에게 설문을 배부하여 회수된 212개의 설문지를 코딩하였고, 이를 과학적이고 객관적으로 검증하기 위하여 통계패키지(PASW version 18)로 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 대해 요약ㆍ정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 복지목회활성화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 분석한 결과 목회경력이 높고, 교회 내에 사회복지담당자가 있으며 사회복지특별헌금을 할수록 복지목회활성화의 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 목회자의 사회복지인식이 높고, 변혁적 리더십을 지향할수록 복지목회활성화의 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지인식과 복지목회활성화 간의 관계에서 목회자의 리더십의 조절효과를 알아보기 위해 사회복지인식과 복지목회활성화 간의 관계에서 목회자의 리더십의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 변혁적 리더십이 높은 목회자 집단 일수록 사회복지인식이 복지목회활성화가 증가하는 영향관계의 정도가 더욱 향상되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

In this study, the role of the leadership of the pastor pastoral welfare lig hting in terms of study. Specifically, the welfare minister aware of the social welfare ministry leadership in relation to the impact of activation control effect was verified. For this purpose, a pastors Seoulㆍ350 game and collected 212 questionnaires distributed questionnaires were coded, in order to validate it scientifically and objectively statistical package (PASW version 18) to analysis. ㆍA summary of the results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the welfare ministry to enable a factor in any analysis of pastoral career high against the church in the social welfare officer to more welfare and the social welfare ministry special offering a high degree of activation, respectively. In addition, a high awareness of social welfare minister, the more welfare-oriented transformational leadership ministry showed a high level of activation. Second, social awareness and welfare minister in the ministry's leadership enabled the relationship between the moderating effects of social welfare to find out the relationship between awareness and enable welfare ministry past or discussed the results of the moderating effects of leadership, transformational leadership group of the more high-minister Welfare Ministry of Social Welfare recognition is activated to increase the degree of the effect relationship was found to be further improved.
