중년층의 노후준비의식과 퇴직태도의 관계 연구

국문 초록

베이비붐 세대인 1955년~1974년생의 중년기에 접어든 연령층의 경우 노후 준비에 대한 관심과 준비의 필요성을 절실하게 인지하고 있으며, 급속한 사회변화에 능동적으로 대처하여 성공적인 노년기를 준비하기 위해서는 노년기에 대한 의식 및 퇴직 등 정서적, 신체적, 경제적인 준비가 필요하며 이러한 욕구에 부합되는 통합적인 노년기 준비교육 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 중년층의 노년기 신체적 준비, 정서적 준비, 경제적 준비, 여가 준비 등 노후준비 특성이 성공적 노후에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 파악하고자 하였으며, 예비 노년층인 중년층의 불확실한 미래에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하기 위한 노년준비의식과 퇴직태도를 설문조사하여 그 차이를 규명하여 향후 베이비붐 세대의 노후준비에 대한 대안을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 "노후준비의식에 따라 퇴직태도에 유의미한 차이가 있을 것이다"라는 가설에 대해 준비의식의 하위요인인 신체적 준비, 정서적 준비, 경제적 준비, 여가의 노후준비 정도에 따라 개별적으로 분석을 시도하였으며, 하위요인 모두 노후준비 정도는 퇴직태도에 유의한 상관관계를 갖는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

In case of the aged class drawing near the middle age born in 1955-1957 we call the baby boom generations they recognize the necessity of preparing the old age with much concerns, and in order to prepare for the successful old age what are required are the emotional, physical and economic preparations including the consciousness and retirement on the old age by meeting the rapid social change actively, and the program of preparatory education on the old age agreeing with such desire in unified way. For such reason this dissertation has the aim of understanding the effect of the characteristics of the preparation for the old age such as the physical, emotional, economic and leisure preparation for the old age of the middle aged to the successful old age, and this essay has also suggested the alternatives on the old age preparation of the baby boom generations in the future by closely examining the differences through the way of questionnaires on the consciousness and the retirement attitude for the old age to be able to meet the uncertain future of the middle aged class what we call the reserve old age class. The result of analysis has made this dissertation try the individual analysis according to the degree of physical, emotional, economic and leisure preparations which are the subordinate elements of the consciousness of the preparation on the hypothesis of "there will exist the significant differences in the retirement attitude according to the consciousness of preparing the old age", and this study could confirm that all subordinate causes had the significant interrelations between the degree of preparing the old age and the retirement attitude.
