영문 초록

We consider a two-factor covariance model for gauge repeatability and reproducibility (R & R) study. This model has two factors with a covariate but no interaction between two factors. This model is applied to a gauge study in situations where an independent variable and a dependent variable are related and they are measured at the same time in a manufacturing process. Since the measurement system is used to determine if the measurement procedure is appropriate for monitoring a manufacturing process, this article here focuses on deriving confidence intervals for determining the amount of variability for repeatability, reproducibility, and parts for a two-factor covariance model for gauge study.
