영문 초록

Finis hed goods are mostly produced through the multi-staged flowing process in modern manufacturing industry. Therefore it has been an issue among companies to cut costs for production by improving manufacturing system and minimizing the number of work in process and upgrading manufacturing system's function. This thesis suggests the optimal production system controlling Multiple bottleneck operation and studies the best WIP allocation of bott leneck operation. To research CONWIP system and analysis techniques of DBR system under the assumption of infinite demand through this thesis. And manufacturing system and capacity figures of Multi DBR&CONWIP planned by comple tion the weakness of CONWIP and DBR system in Multiple bottleneck operation are compared and analyzed. The Optimal WIP allocation improving the function of DBR&CONWIP manufacturing system is sought. To achieve the objective of this thesis, To built the simulation model using production simulation program, ARENA. The efficiency of the model was basically measured in the view of cycle time, the rate of calculation.
