영문 초록

Sleep disorders are one of the majority of the people suffering diseases . Many researchers have conducted studies on the features and, treatment of sleep disorders . According to one study, if you turn on the lights to sleep increases the incidence of cancer , and turn on the lights in the middle of the night, poor sleep less melatonin secretion in the body to sleep , and slept soundly even been found that biological rhythms are falling into chaos. In this paper, by using an ultrasonic sensor grasp how the changes according to the distance and add the water treatment music for natural sleep induced by the shield of the mp3 player Arduino analyzes such as the surface of the water to induce sleep.
