영문 초록

Depending on the interest and demand for smart learning that has recently surged to try to present the development of the protocol is studying the application of conversation "Voice Penpal" through a voice message. You can use the "Voice Penpal" applications, by forming a place of communication with foreigners according to the global age, it is anytime, anywhere and to try to simplify the study of conversation of this paper purpose. Beyond the format for transmitting and receiving the existing text message and a voice penpal application of a new concept using a mobile voice transmission technology. English well, other foreign language also allows to study, and has a meaning in that communicate via voice instead of a global human and text.
