영문 초록

Recently, heightened interest in social health doeme various efforts to switch the behavior and character of the health in the right direction is spreading. The human body is made up of 70% water. Water is distributed throughout the body, and 10% of the fat cells, more than 75% of the muscle cell is composed of water. Although the health habit of drinking hard water, I wonder if you can drink and enjoy easy question to ease the water column sought a way to drink frequently. So this paper, we measure the amount of water ingested daily intakes take advantage of the features used in addition to the tumbler and the ability to present the fundamental reasons to own a tumbler tumbler using the Arduino and liquid level sensors and accumulation of Smartphone users with Bluetooth by sending a record in real time to provide a sufficient water ingestible environment. The user may be delivered to ensure that if an alarm sent by the value entered in their drinking water filled tumble in real time by checking the daily water intake through a smart phone, and the appropriate amount of intake and low.
