국문 초록

기존학계에 주인공의 眞假를 다룬 작품으로는 <유연전>과 <옹고집전>이 알려져 있을 뿐이다. 그런데 연경도서관본 <華山重逢記>도 주인공의 진가를 다루고 있어 주목하게 되었다. 이 작품은 김선옥이 처인 농옥이 불륜을 저질렀다 오해하여 가출하자 친척인 김 형옥이 재산을 탐하여 가짜 선옥을 데려옴으로써 진가의 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 이 작품은 <옹고집전>보다 재산탈취로 진가의 문제가 발생한 <유연전>과 밀접한 관계를 보이고 있다. 그러나 작품의 구성방식과 전개에 있어 두 작품은 상당한 차이가 나타나고 있다. <유연전>이 진가를 밝히고 부패한 관리를 비판하는 것에 초점이 맞춰진 반면 이 작품은 진가를 밝힌 뒤 주인공이 입신출세하여 가문을 창달하는 것에 중점을 두고 있다. 따라서 작품의 구성방식은 영웅의 일대기 구조에 송사소설의 사건해결구조로 이루어져 있다. 가문의 회복에 중점을 둔 바 선인ㆍ악인의 대립이 거의 드러나지 않아 평이한 전개 방식을 취한다. 나아가 주인공의 진가를 밝히는 송사과정은 진 어사의 철저한 탐문수사로 이루어져 긴장감 있는 전개를 보여주었다. 이 과정을 통해 이 작품은 <유연전>에 등장하는 부패한 관리와 달리 백성을 위해 헌신하는 관리의 인식을 고취하는 한편 주인공의 진가를 가리는 데 결정적 역할을 하여 가문을 위기에서 구한 여성에 대한 새로운 인식을 드러내고 있다. 널리 알려진 바 조선조 후기 사회는 사대부 관리들이 부패하였고 가문도 쇠퇴해 가는 과정에 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 작가가 당대 사회의 모습과 달리 이 같은 작품을 창작한 것은 사대부 지배계층의 위상을 회복하고 사대부가문을 전처럼 회복하고자 하는 이상적인 꿈을 투영한 것으로 여겨진다.

영문 초록

Only and is well-knowned which are dealing with the truth or the false of the protagonists in the existing academic world. By the way the issue of in Yeon-Kyung Library is taken notice of nowadays. It is also dealing with the truth and the false of the protagonists. In this work Kim-seon-ok ran away from house misunderstanding her wife's immoral conduct, Kim-hyun-ok, his relative, brought a fake Kim-seon-yok. On account of this matter, the truth or the false was issued. In this case this work is closely similiar to , which is about the capture of property rather than . But the composition and the development of these works are very diffrent. While is concentrated on revealing the truth. is concentrated on protagonist's success in life and the promotion of his family after disclosure of the truth or the false. So the composition of the work is made up of the stucture is the hero's biography and the settlement of the case in lawsuit novel. In the aspects of development, it is focused on the honor to a family. During the legal proceedings, Jin, the royal inspector, investigated the true or the false of the protagonists. It hardly has the confrontation between a virtuous man and a wicked man. The corrupt offical in is diffrent from the offical who devoted the people. In addtion to new recognition of a woman is revealed the recognition of the official is inspired She overcame a crisis of her family and played a decisive role in distingushing the true or the false. As we know, the society of the Late Yi Dynasty had the corruption of illustrious officials and the decline of the family. Although it seems for the writer to want to express the ideal dream so as to retrieve the authority of the ruling classes and the honor of the illustrious officials.
