국문 초록

금융위기 이후 경기침체로 세계는 통화팽창, 저금리 등의 금융정책을 내놓고 있다. 국내에서도 시중은행들이 대출금리 인하, 각종 수수료 면제 등으로 수익이 급감되어 비용절감을 통해 이를 극복하려고 은행점포의 면적을 다운사이징 등을 진행 중이다. 은행은 인터넷뱅킹 등의 전자서비스를 적극 활용하는 전략을 통해 점포를 찾는 고객수가 점점 줄어들어 점포의 업무처리 부담도 낮아져 점포 근무인원을 절감효과가 있었다. 하지만 점포운영의 고비용, 저수익 구조로 인해 비용절감 효과의 한계가 있으며, 비용관점에서는 전자서비스의 효과가 있지만, 수익측면에서는 고객과 은행직원과의 대면접촉의 감소로 인해 장기적으로 대출, 보험 등 다양한 금융상품을 통한 새로운 수익창출의 어려움이 예상되어 구매와 수익을 위한 점포의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 은행점포 개점 후 총수신평잔, 총대출평잔에 영향을 주는 광역입지변수 및 점포특성 변수와의 관계를 서울지역과 서울시 25개 구별로 영향정도를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 은행점포 입지특성을 이해하기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

After the financial crisis cut lending rates by commercial banks, various fee waiver is a sharp drop in profits as cost-cutting efforts are. Nature, such as stores, banks and device industry has. Target stores, a bank in Seoul operating period, the working personnel, handling financial and business local variables receive store sales and total average balance, average balance of total loans in the multiple regression analysis was found to be significant variables. Only received a total average balance of population density, the number of businesses registered with the population average balance of total loans is the only significant variables. In addition, two other properties located in Seoul, 25 distinct store sales for the multiple regression analysis, the variable number of working nine to affect almost 25 gave the following instruction to the operating period and have affected the financial variables in order. In this study, the bank opened a store in-store sales and store wide characteristic variables that affect the relationship between Seoul and Seoul, with 25 distinct reasoning of the independent variables and changes in location empirical analysis of the impact of stores opened by the presence the purpose is to understand the characteristics.
