영문 초록

In relation to criminal proceedings, it is true that criminal justice progressed procedure in the meantime, focusing on the offender. However, many studies have been recently done about a method of the position of the victim and the participation. but there should be room for much improvement. With our criminal administration of justice, it looks for ways the crime victim participating to a crime trial can ask the witness direct question. But it is true that judgment for the court of justice will make a sentimental problem of the offender and the victim. Such an appeal participation will be needed a little more argument. and we had better hear the opinion of a learned society and legal circles. This report introduces and examines Germany and an Austrian legal system about the participation of the victim in criminal procedure. It is also important to grope for an appeal participation system of a victim practically suitable.
