국문 초록

이 글은 글쓰기에 나타난 폭력성과 관련한 범죄 심리를 연구하였다. 그것을 이승하¹⁾의 시집『뼈아픈 별을 찾아서』,『공포와 전율의 나날』과 편지 모음집『피어 있는 꽃』에 나타난 트라우마와 정신분석으로 살펴보았다. 정신분석학 관점에서 시인의 글쓰기는 주체가 기표를 매개하여 은유적으로 말하기(메타포, metaphor)라는 점이다. 주체는 타자로부터 해소되지 못한 폭력성을 무의식적으로 글쓰기를 통해 반영한다는 것이다. 시인은 폭력으로 인한 상처로 각인된 기억의 파편을 폭력적 언어로 묶으며 반복적으로 재현하며 복원한다. 이 때 동원되는 것이 시적 메타포, 즉 은유와 상징화인데, 이것이 글쓰기라는 사실이다. 주체는 글쓰기로서 타자로 인한 폭력적 트라우마로 분절되거나, 끊어진 맥락을 무의식에서 복원시키려는 과정에서 자아방어 기제가 작동되며 트라우마의 변화가 생긴다. 말하자면 시인이 체험한 폭력을기표에 담아냄으로써 해소하며 환기시킨다는 것이다. 이러한 점에서 글쓰기는 시인의 폭력적 외상을 폭력적으로 언어화한다. 즉 현실 통제 가능한 상상의 범죄로서 다스리고 해독한다. 여기서 시적 메타포가 트라우마에 개입하게 되고, 트라우마가 정화단계에 이르게 됨으로써 시는 정신분석학적인 시학이라고 명명할 수 있다. 글쓰기는 프로이트와 라캉이 주장한 해소되지 못한 트라우마의 표출이다. 이 글의 텍스트인 이승하 글쓰기에 영향을 준 폭력적 인물의 성격과 트라우마 양상을 살피고, 글쓰기로서의 폭력적 트라우마 전개 양상과 극복의지에 주목하였다. 글쓰기의 트라우마 양상을 분석할 때 이승하 글쓰기가 억압을 분출시키는 기제를 발휘하고 있다. 문자화 된 언어를 통해 인간의 내면 의식이 구조적으로 글쓰기로 반영된다는 것을 탐구함으로써 그동안 인문학에 머물렀던 글쓰기를 사회심리 및 범죄 심리 학제간으로 확대시킬 수 있는 비전을 제시할 수 있다. 분석한 이승하의 글쓰기는 주체가 경험한 폭력적 정서와 내면의 반영이 무의식의 글이라는 영역에서 기호화된다. 이것은 글쓰기가 억압된 자의식에 대한 제의를 수행하면서 폭력으로 분열된 주체가 폭력적 언어라는 형식에 외면화하는 행위로서 주체의 드러남을 확인시켜주었다. 즉 글쓰기를 통하여 자아는 주체를 표현하는 심리학적이고 사회학적인 도구이자, 타자로부터 억압되었던 트라우마를 감소하거나, 해소함으로써 소통부재를 극복하는 정화작용이다. 연구방법으로 이승하의 편지 모음집『피어 있는 꽃』에 나타난 폭력적 트라우마의 원인과 양상을 살피고 난 후, 그의 시집『뼈아픈 별을 찾아서』와『공포와 전율의 나날』에 나타난 폭력적 트라우마 반영과 자기방어기제 양상을 살펴보았다. 이때 정신분석으로 이승하의 심리상태를 탐구하면서 그의 심리기제들이 어떠한 유형으로 작동되고 있는지를 성장기 과정에 겪은 외상과 문제 요인을 축출하고, 그 원인을 정신분석이론의 ‘자아방어기제(defense mechanism)’로 분석했다. 결과적으로 이승하가 겪은 폭력적 죽음의 공포와 두려움의 트라우마 경험들이 글쓰기(시와 산문)에서도 폭력적 은유로 드러난다. 시인의 트라우마가 글쓰기를 통해 시공간에서 기호화 된다. 그것은 이승하의 과거에 폭력에 대한 공포와 불안으로 얼룩진 사건들이 폭력적 언어로서 재현될 때, 기표는 은유와 상징화되고 있다. 그가 체험한 폭력은 자아와 세계간의 문제에서 시의 메타포를 통과할 때 트라우마의 자극을 방어기제로서 분해하고, 묶고, 통제 가능해 지면서 심리적 정화기능을 수행한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to look into criminal psychology related to violence shown in writing. Psychoanalysis has made when it comes to trauma shown several texts written by Lee Seung-ha, such as poem anthology [Searching for Painful Stars], [Day by Day full of Panic and Thrill] and letter anthology [Bloomed Flower]. From the psychoanalytic point of view, the writing of the poet Lee can be said to be metaphor which the subject is said through a medium of a word. As it were, the violent trauma from the others can be reflected unconsciously through writing. Here, the poet Lee combined memory fragments called scars from violence into violent language repeatedly, further to reconstruct them. In this case, a device called poetic metaphor or metaphor and symbolization should be employed in writing. The subject can be fragmented into violent trauma owing to the others by means of writing. Meanwhile, in reconstructing the fragmented context from the state of unconsciousness, self defense mechanism begins to work, making trauma changed. So to speak, it is like a phenomenon that the violence which the poet experienced can be relieved of to language violence, being recalled. In this respect, writing can play a role in making the poet's violent trauma a language very violently. In other words, writing helps us to be aware of crimes to be crimes and also decode. Poetic metaphor is intervened into trauma and trauma reaches the phase of purification, giving rebirth to psychoanalytical poems at last. This suggests that writing symbolize and mean trauma unrelieved which Freud and Lacan once maintained. First, violent disposition of the character who influenced Lee Seung-ha's writing or the main text of the paper and the aspect of trauma was examined. The main concern has been focused on the development aspect and its recovering will power of violent trauma as writing. In surveying trauma aspect of writing, Lee's writing appears to be played a role in disclosing his pressure or a lot of stress as a psychological mechanism. By studying that the inner consciousness can be reflected structurally through writing, we can suggest a nice vision which writing limited only humanity science up to now to expand an area of social psychology and criminal psychology. Lee's writing studied in the paper shows that violent emotion and inner consciousness the subject experienced was reflected in his writing text unconsciously and this was transferred to symbols in the scope of writing. This can be construed that writing performs the offer as to pressed self-consciousness and the subject which pressed by violence means violent language as a superficial action. That is, by way of writing, self-consciousness came to a psychological and sociological tool of expressing the subject and a catharsis of lessening or relieving trauma pressed from the others, recovering from the failure of communication. To examine the above-mentioned well, I firstly studied the cause and aspect of violent trauma shown the works of Lee Seung-ha, such as his letter anthology, [Bloomed Flower], and then the reflected violent trauma and self-defense mechanism aspect shown in his poem anthology, [Searching for Painful Stars] and [Day by Day full of Panic and Thrill]. In addition, the psychological state of Lee Seung-ha by psychoanalysis and its method was examined, and studied that how his psychological mechanism acted, what kind of trauma related to Lee Seung-ha in his childhood and what kind of its cause from the point of self-defense mechanism of psycho-analytic viewpoint. In conclusion, all the experiences Lee Seung-ha went through such as the fear and trauma stemmed from the violent death and its related panic revealed violent metaphor especially in his writing. The trauma Lee Seung-ha has had came to symbols through writing from pressed unconsciousness in a space of poems.
