試析宋代“無名醫”的緣由

국문 초록

중국 고대사회의 群體에 관한 연구는 계속해서 학계에 관심을 받았던 분야로서 關士, 농민, 상인, 吏人, 유민, 유망민, 천민, 거지, 여성의 군체 및 지위 등이 모두 연구의 대상이었다. 중국 고대 “醫者”群體에 대해서도 현재까지 적지 않은 연구 성과가 있어서 醫事制度나 儒醫 및 女性 醫者 등이 비교적 관심의 대상이 되었지만 전통 중국 고대사회에서 의료종사자 가운데 전형이 되는 “名醫”가 당시의 사회와 같은 걸음을 하지 않고 명확한 낙후성 혹은 단계성을 가지고 있는가? 혹은 그렇게 된 원인이나 배경은 무엇인가? 하는 문제에 대해서 관심을 가진 연구 성과는 매우 드물었다. 학술계에서 “의료사” 연구의 시야를 역사적 연유로 향하면서 고대사회의 “의료 문제”를 연구하는 것이 단순하게 연구하고 토론하거나 “의료기술의 문제”를 약간의 의학 서적들을 해석하거나 제도상의 문제를 정치적인 문제로 해석할 것이 아니라 “의료 환경의 문제”를 더욱 깊이 있게 해석해야만 한다. 따라서 본문에서는 송대에는 누가 명의가 되었는가? 하는 문제에 관심을 가지고 단순한 “의료기술의 문제”와 “제도의 문제”를 구분하면 곧 “의료 환경의 문제”라는 점이 중요하게 부각된다. 송대 의료 환경의 문제를 구체적으로 분석해 보면 宋代는 중국 고대 의학 발전사에서 중요한 전화 시기이며，醫事制度가 전대의 제도를 계승한 기초 위에 전에 없던 발전을 이루었을 뿐만 아니라 校正하고 정리하고 새롭게 저술한 의학 서적의 수가 전대와 비교해서 훨씬 많으며, 藥物學 등 방면의 새로운 견해는 후세의 의학에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 그러나 송대 처럼 醫藥學이 大發展을 이루었던 시기에 춘추시대의 扁鵲, 東漢時期의 華佗, 唐代의 孫思邈 等과 같은 유명한 명의가 없었는가 하는 점은 저자로 하여금 정말로 송대에는 이들과 같은 “名醫”가 없었는가에 대하여 의구심을 갖게 하였다. 그와 같이 민간에서 언급하는 대단한 명의 혹은 神醫의 경지에 이른 명의가 송대에는 정말로 없었는가? 본 논문에서는 송대 사회의 의학발전의 개황에서 출발하여 중국고대 의학의 발전과 전승의 특징에 대하여 종합하고 그 이유에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

영문 초록

About Chinese ancient social group, was the research hotspots, relevant scholars, farmers, businessmen and women groups, the status of women, clerks, knave, gangsters, pariah, beggars become research object. The ancient Chinese doctor’s group also has quite a lot of research achievements that the medical institution, Confusion physician, female doctors relatively be concerned, but seldom people concerned why famous doctor in the Chinese ancient social medical has obvious hysteresis and phases rather than with the then social synchronization. Along with the academic circles have outspread “medical history” the study field to the history, researching of the ancient society’s “medical problem” can’t simply discusses, or make “medical technology problem” dissolve into several Ancient Books of TCM, make the “system problem” dissolve into political problems, but also dissolve more research is needed ancient “medical environment problem”. This paper concerns of the Sung Dynasty who as “famous doctor” issues, different from simply “medical technology problems” and “system problem”, which is an important embodiment of “medical environment problem”. Specific to the Sung Dynasty is discussed content, because the Sung Dynasty is the ancient Chinese medical history of important turning period, not only the medical system in the former generation of foundation are unprecedented height, and calibration, sorting and writings of the Ancient Books of TCM for far more than the former dynasties, pharmaceutical, etc to later generations medical original also has profound influence. But it is puzzling that in this medicine big development period, does not seem to appear with Bian que in the spring and autumn period, Hua tuo in the Eastern han, Sun simiao in the Tang Dynasty etc equate medical experts. Those fantastic “famous doctor” in the folk gossip, certainly isn’t appeared in the Sung Dynasty? This article is going to from the social medical development situation, combining with ancient Chinese medical development and inheriting characteristics, and try to analyze why “No Famous doctor” in the Sung Dynasty.
