교육복지 프로그램 효과 간 관계분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 교육복지 사업의 일환으로 진행되고 있는 교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업의 프로그램을 분석하여 각 프로그램의 효과 간 관계를 분석하고 프로그램이 진행되어야 할 방향을 모색함으로써 교육복지사업의 활성화를 꾀하고자 수행하였다. 일차적으로 각 프로그램의 효과를 추출하기 위하여 교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업에서 활동하고 있는 교사와 실무자를 중심으로 델파이 연구를 실시하여 각 영역별 효과를 도출하였다. 그리고 델파이 연구를 토대로 질문지를 구성하여 교육복지프로그램에 참여하고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 효과를 알아보고 각 효과들의 관계가 어떤 방식으로 나타나는지 알아보았다. 그 결과 복지프로그램의 효과는 정서프로그램, 문화프로그램, 학습프로그램의 효과에 영향을 미쳤고, 문화프로그램은 학습프로그램에 직접적인 영향이 있었으며, 정서프로그램은 문화프로그램에 간접적인 영향이 있음을 보여주었다. 따라서 현재 운영되고 있는 프로그램의 영역 모두 직ㆍ간접적으로 학생들의 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구결과를 고려한 프로그램의 구성이 요구된다.

영문 초록

For the efficient development and operation of education welfare program, the purpose of this study is to analyze the relation between effective variables in each education welfare program section and seek the measure to provide program. A model was developed based on literature review in order to verity the correlates of potential variables; learning, culture experience, psycho emotion, welfare variable. Subjects in this study included 349 students who participated in education welfare program in education welfare invest priority school supported by Dept. of Education. The adequacy of the model was examined through structural equation. Questionnaires for subjects were based and selected by Delphi method. The results of this study, it was indicated that welfare program effect has a direct influence on culture experience and psychology emotion program effect. And it has an indirect influence on learning program effect. Therefore, all of education welfare program effects have a influence on learning program effect. This study concludes 1) education welfare program effects were selected by both distinctive factors of each section and duplicated factor. This finding suggests that program in each section is not completely distinctive but, rather, it has similar characteristics to complete a common purpose, 2) an efficient learning can be expected when economical pressure is resolved, cultural experience and psychological secure are acquired
