국문 초록

오늘날 사회현상은 복잡해져가고 다양하고 복잡한 사회문제가 발생하였다. 또한 범죄 역시 복잡해져 가며 주변의 영향요인이 다양하다. 그러나 기존 범죄연구는 공식통계에 따른 실태파악, 자기보고식 설문조사와 영향요인 파악 및 기존 연구를 통한 문헌연구를 배경으로 한 대응방안과 개선방안 모색 등의 연구가 주를 이루었다. 본 연구는 보다 과학적이고 객관화 된 결과를 도출하여 형사정책 활용이 가능한 연구결과의 기틀을 마련하고자 하였다. 이에 복잡계 이론을 적용하여 범죄연구에 접목 가능 한 시사점과 방향성 및 한계를 도출하여 향 후 지속가능한 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Today, the complexity of social phenomena to go were varied and complex social problems. Criminology studies the nature of the two kinds of interdisciplinary research it is also the time required ungently. However, in an complex system of national criminal justice research is the absence. Crime too close to the complexity of factors influencing vary. However, according to official statistics, the existing status of criminal identification, survey done to identify factors that affect the existing research literature in the background with a corresponding improvement plan and seek the Lord has made such studies. In this study, the results of more scientifically and objectively as possible by introducing a criminal policy of utilizing the results was to establish the foundation. For example, organized crimes, insurance crime, violent crime, a crime to identify the center of an investigation into the proposed policy direction is to study the basics. We apply the theory of complexity of the crime can be combined to derive an implication, and the direction and limits the direction and the direction of sustainable research proposed. However, this study has several limitations. Thus, the future possibility of more active research conducted and the results derived continuous, the crimes of graft and the study of complexity theory for the more efficient and advanced crime analysis and criminal investigation techniques can generate.
