영문 초록

This study investigates the Job Stress Difference by Hotel Employee's Personal & Job Environment Characteristics. This empirical study was conducted by using questionnaires that effect of job stress of the hotel employees. The subjects of the questionnaire investigation were the 350 employees of the five-star hotels situated in Seoul City. All but 10 of the questionnaires were used for the analysis. The investigated materials were statistically analyzed using the techniques of Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, ANOVA and so on were adopted through SPSS 12.0 for Windows.
