국문 초록

근대적 정치 프로그램과 경제 발전, 의회 민주주의, 사회와 민족에 관한 이상들은 20세기초 세르비아 왕국하에서 수립되게 된다. 하지만, 이러한 이상들은 이미 19세기 무렵부터 세르 비아 사회 깊숙이 파고 들어가 자리하고 있었으며, 유럽의 역사속에 근대화 된 사회를 이루 고자 꿈꿔왔던 세르비아 부르조아 엘리트들에 의해 그 기초들이 수립되어 있었다. 세르비아 의 부르조아 엘리트들은 유럽내 근대 국가 수립에 있어 국가 제도의 발전뿐만 아니라 법률 적인 면에 있어서 법 지배와 의회 민주주의 원칙 수립등 여러 방면에 걸친 준비를 하고 있 었다. 그들은 또한 이러한 이상과 목표 수립외에도 자신들의 목적 달성을 위해 분명하고도 확고한 지지 세력 구축에도 노력을 아끼지 않았다. 그들은 우선 당시 군사력이 국가 발전의 중요한 척도였던 점을 고려해 군사 엘리트들을 자신들의 세력권으로 구축하려 하였다. 또한 세르비아 왕국내 세르비아인외에도 왕국 밖에 거주하던 세르비아인들 즉, 세르비아 전체 인 구의 약 2/3에 해당하는 이들을 통합시켜 더 확대된 세르비아 왕국을 건설하겠다는 분명한 목적을 지니고 있었다. 이러한 역사적 연구를 토대로 이 논문에서 본인은 양차 세계대전 사 이(1918-1941), 세르비아 부르조아 엘리트들이 자신들의 이상과 목표를 어떻게 실현해 나 갔는지 그리고 그들이 자신들의 계획을 어떻게 발전시켜 나갔는지에 대해 설명하게 될 것이 다.

영문 초록

The formation of modern political programs, economic expansion, parliamentary democracy, and social and national ideas all found their firm basis in the Kingdom of Serbia at the beginning of the 20th century. However, Serbia had already had distinct individuals within the bourgeois elite, whose ideal for modernizing society was found in the contemporary currents within the history of Europe. That foundation, created in the 19th century, offered a good basis for the awakening of modern creativity in all domains of Serbian society. Serbian bourgeois elite prepared and, in many ways, brought into being a path for an elementary European understanding of the societal needs of the population as well as the development of state institutions, especially constitutionality, rule of law, and parliamentary democracy. They did so with the clear orientation of seeking the firmest possible support from the powers of the Entente. Nevertheless, in the center of attention were two components which defined the bourgeois elite: a) modern organization and arming of the military, which has already at that time had excellent representatives in the military elite and b) maintaining national policies which would lead to the unification of all of the Serbs, keeping in mind that two-thirds of the Serbian people lived outside of the borders of the Kingdom of Serbia. Especially, in this Paper, I will explain how Serbian bourgeois elite construct his idea, and develop plan Between the World Wars (1918-1941).
