풍수지리원리에 의한 주거입지의 선정과 주택리모델링에 대한 연구

국문 초록

풍수지리설은 땅을 유기체나 생명체로 파악하고 자연과의 조화를 바탕으로 발달된 주거입지론이다. 따라서 자연과 조화 등 환경 친화의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 오늘날에 있어서 풍수지리를 기존의 주거입지론과 밀접하게 접목하여 적용시키면 갈수록 심각해지는 자연파괴와 환경오염을 저지할 수 있고 친환경적인 새로운 주거입지론으로 인간과 자연과 건축이 조화를 이룰 수 있다. 또한 풍수지리의 이론은 전통적으로 음양오행의 원리에 기초하고 경험축적에 의하여 오랜 세월동안 그 이론의 타당성이 실증된 학문이다. 이러한 풍수지리의 원리는 현대에 있어서는 그 원리의 과학적인 타당성까지도 어느 정도 규명되고 있는 실정이다. 풍수지리원리에 의하여 주거입지인 택지 또는 주택을 선정하거나 기존의 주택을 리모델링함에는 풍수지리에 대한 신뢰와 이해에 바탕을 두어야 한다. 그리고 풍수지리의 관점에서 주택을 리모델링하는 목적은 주거의 성능개선과 경제적 가치의 증대라는 리모델링 본래적 목적을 넘어 향후 인생의 안녕과 성공을 기원하고 건강하고 안정된 생활을 염원하고 이루려고 하는 보다 고차원적인 인생목표를 추구하고 있다. 즉, 풍수지리의 관점에서 주거입지를 선정하고 주택을 리모델링한다는 것은 풍수지리의 원리를 기준으로 하여 그곳에 살고 있는 사람의 운이 악화되는 주택인 흉택을 그곳에 살고 있는 사람의 운이 좋아지는 주택인 길택으로 재설계하여 시공하는 것을 말한다. 이는 그 주택에 살고 있는 사람에게 정서적인 면에서 미래지향적인 꿈을 가지고 적극적인 인생을 설계하면서 살아가게 하는 긍정적인 면이 있다. 풍수지리의 관점에서 주거입지를 선정하고 주택을 리모델링하기 위해서는 우선적으로 풍수지리의 일반론과 양택론의 입지론을 중심으로 하여 주택이 위치하고 있는 터의 입지를 검토하여야 한다. 우선 주택이 있는 터의 주위를 살펴 사신사(四神砂)와 래용(來龍) 및 결혈(結穴)여부 그리고 4국론(四局論)에 따른 용(龍)ㆍ수(水)ㆍ향(向)의 길흉 및 88향법(八十八向法)에 의하여 그 길흉을 검토한다. 다음으로 이러한 입지론의 입장에서 검토가 끝나면 양택론을 중심으로 하여 기존주택에 대하여 길흉을 검토하고, 기존주택의 결함에 대하여 풍수지리의 원리에 맞게 보완하여 재설계를 하여야 한다. 우선 기존주택이 동사택과 서사택의 어디에 해당하는지 여부와 그 주택의 길흉 여부를 구체적으로 검토하여야 한다. 양택3요(陽宅三要)인 문ㆍ주ㆍ조(門ㆍ主ㆍ灶)에 대하여 우선적으로 검토하고 이러한 문ㆍ주ㆍ조(門ㆍ主ㆍ灶)에 대한 검토가 완료되면 내부구조와 주변사항에 대하여 풍수의 원리에 적합한지 검토한다. 그 후 기존주택의 결함을 보완하여 새로이 리모델링할 주택의 구조를 설계한다. 주택소유자가 풍수지리원리에 의하여 주거입지인 택지와 주택을 선정하고 기존주택을 리모델링하고자 함에는 풍수지리원리에 의하여 주택을 리모델링하는 의미를 이해하고 있어야 하며, 풍수지리원리를 적용하는 자가 풍수지리에 대한 정확한 지식과 현장적용능력을 가지고 있어야 한다. 주거입지의 선정과 주택리모델링에 대한 본 연구결과가 앞으로 풍수지리원리에 의하여 주거입지인 택지와 주택을 선정하고 기존주택을 리모델링함에 있어서 하나의 모범적인 시안이 되길 기대하며, 향후 풍수지리의 관점에서 주택을 구입ㆍ신축하거나 주택을 리모델링함에 있어서 참고자료가 되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The principles of Fengshui-jiri based on the theory of the location for residential areas recognize the earth as an organism harmonizing with nature. As the need for eco-friendly environment is recently increasing, the principles of Fengshui-jiriin combination with the theory of the location for residential areas will help not only protect nature from being severely polluted and harshly destroyed, but also for human beings stand with nature in harmony with technology and advances. The principles of Fengshui-jiri are experimented, inspected and verified study traditionally based on Yin-Yang and five-element theory which handed down from generation to generation. In modern times the principles of Fengshui-jiri are even being tested for scientific validity. When purchasing a new house or remodeling an old house based on the principles of Fengshui-jiri, it is absolutely necessary that they should be executed with firm belief about the principles of Fengshui-jiri. Furthermore, on the basis of the principles of Fengshui-jiri the purpose of the housing-remodeling is rather beyond the physical improvement or value enhancement of the house, yet it is for much higher goal of well-being of human life and success. In this case, people living in a remodeled house based on the principles of Fengshui-jiri, they take initiatives in life and take action with future-oriented positive mind and vision. As for the choice of residential location and housing-remodeling, it is the site for residential houses that should be given proper consideration based on both the general theory and the Yangtaeg(양택). First of all, we should investigate the surroundings of the site checking out Sashinsa, Yong, and Hyeol, and Yong, Su, Hyang of Sakukron and Gil-Hung by 88 Hyangbeob. Second of all, after considering the general overview of the site based on the general theory, we should examine the Gil-Hung of the original house based on the Yangtaeg and have to redesign and take complement measures for the defects of the house. We need to verify whether the original house belongs to East-site or West-site and scrutinize its Gil-Hung. The 3 standards of Yangtaeg, Mun, Ju, Jo, should be meticulously examined and verified, then interior design, inner structure, and other details be properly taken care of by the principles of Fengshui-jiri. Finally, they should be taken complementary measures and redesigned for housing-remodeling. As mentioned above, when purchasing a new house or remodeling an old house based on the principles of Fengshui-jiri, we should have firm belief about the principles of Fengshui-jiri. In addition, the experts of the principles of Fengshui-jiri should have not only expertise of their own area but the ability to apply them into each case in reality. This study discussed the essential facts about both the general theory and the Yangtaeg of Fengshui-jiri when applying them into reality and tried to organize a new system to classify them. When applying the principles of Fengshui-jiri at work for building, purchasing, or remodeling houses, this study could be used astentative plans or standards and be a useful guiding reference.
