국문 초록

  이 연구는 조직폭력범죄자 혹은 경험자를 예측하는 도구개발을 목적으로 한다. 일반인과 구별되는 조직폭력유경험자들의 특성을 파악하고 이들을 예측하는 도구를 개발하기 위해서는 1단계, 많은 선행연구로부터 조직폭력범죄자들의 특성을 분석해야한다. 2단계, 이러한 특성들을 일반집단과 범죄집단에 대한 실증적 조사결과 유의미하게 차이를 보이는 특성들을 확인하여야 한다. 3단계, 예측도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 높이기 위해 도구의 검증과정이 요구된다고 하겠다.
  구체적으로 수형중인 조직폭력범죄 경험자와 일반인에 대한 비교 실증조사를 통해 조직폭력범죄자의 특성을 파악하고, 유의미하게 차이를 보인 조직폭력범죄자의 특성들을 중심으로 조직폭력범죄 유경험자를 예측하는 도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 위의 연구단계 중 2단계까지 연구결과로 조사결과를 분석하고 예측할 수 있는 기본적인 틀은 마련하였다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 연구의 3단계라고 할 수 있는 개발된 도구의 검증을 통한 도구의 완성단계가 숙제로 남았음을 밝히고 지속적인 연구를 약속한다.

영문 초록

  This study does tool development that forecast gang member or man of experience by purpose.
  Must analyze the Gang Member"s special quality from 1 stage, a lot of virtue studies to develop a tool that grasps the Gang Member"s special quality that is distinguished with ordinary people and forecasts these.
  Second-stage, these characteristics must confirm characteristics that show difference as is meaning as positive result of investigation about crime group with general group.
  To heighten 3 steps, believability of forecasting tool and validity, verification process of a tool will be required.
  Wished to develop a tool that forecast man of experience, the Gang Member Sign of the Cock laying stress on it"s member characteristics that grasps special quality through man of experience and ordinary people who is serving time concretely, and shows difference as is meaning.
  This study can talk that basic model that can analyze and predict result of investigation in study finding to second-stage among above study step readied.
  However, completion step of a tool through verification of a developed tool that can speak that is 3 steps of study clears that remained by homework and promises persistent study.
