한ㆍ중 산업내 무역의 현황 및 전망

국문 초록

  오늘날 국제경제활동에서 산업내 무역은 이미 국제적 분업과 각국의 산업구조정 및 주도산업발전에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다.
  한ㆍ중 수교 이후 한ㆍ중무역의 급격한 신장과 더불어 수출입상품구조도 변화하여 산업간 무역에서 산업내 무역에로 탈바꿈하고 있다. 각국의 경제 실정이 다르기에 산업내 무역의 일반이론으로 한ㆍ중 산업내 무역의 원인분석에는 일정한 한계가 있다. 따라서 본문은 중국대외무역의 주요 형태인 가공무역, 한국기업의 대중국투자 및 중국산업구도의 고도화 등 측면으로 한ㆍ중 산업내 무역의 원인을 분석하고저 하였다.
  한ㆍ중 산업내 무역이 신속히 신장하였으나 그 성격은 여전히 수직적 산업내 무역에 속한다. 이는 한ㆍ중 양국 제조업의 기술력 격차를 설명하는 동시에 중국 가공무역위주의 무역방식의 문제점도 제시해 주고 있다.
  현재 한ㆍ중 수출입상품구조를 보면 전자, 화공, 철강, 자동차, 섬유 등 6개 영역에서 산업내 무역 비중이 가장 크며 한국기업의 대중국투자도 위의 영역에 집중되었다. 따라서 향후 일정 시일 동안 한ㆍ중 산업내 무역은 위의 6개 영역을 중심으로 전개 될 전망이다,
  한ㆍ중 산업내 무역은 양국의 대외무역의 증대, 기술의 파급, 규모경제, 국제경쟁력의 증대, 연구 개발의 추진 및 사회후생증대 등 다방면에 적극적인 역할을 하고 있다. 동시에 산업내 무역의 기술파급효과를 통한 한국의 비교우위 약화와 한국기업의 비용 감소 효과를 위한 대중국투자의 증대로 인해 중국으로부터의 역수입이 증가하는 등 산업공동화 현상이 나타날 우려도 있어 여기에 상응한 대책 마련도 필요하다고 보아진다.

영문 초록

  Nowadays in the international economic activity ,trade inside industries has become an important factor which affects international division of labor and promotes the infant and leading industry. Since Korea and China established the diplomatic relations, trade between Korea and China has developed fast. Meanwhile, the structure of goods imports and exports has changed from trade among industries in early days to trade inside industries. China is a country which has changed from planned economic system to market economic system. In many areas. China has taken the special economic policies, for example, the processing trade policy in the foreign trade. So, the common theory of trade inside industries is difficult to offer a very adequate explanation for the trade inside industries between Korea and China.
  Therefore, the thesis tries to analyze the causes of trade inside industries between Korea and China in accordance with the concrete situations, ie, Chinese foreign trade way in which the processing trade is major, and the way foreign business enterprises invest in China, and the upgrade of Chinese industry structure, and so on. According to the trade inside industries index measurement , furtherly make sure the nature of trade inside industries between Korea and China. Trade inside industries between Korea and China plays an active role in enlarging the foreign trade volume of two countries, strengthening the industry cooperation, improving the international competition ability of enterprises. At the present, trade inside industries between Korea and China focuses on six areas, which are electron, steel, motorcar, petrol chemical industry, machine, and fibre. Also, investment of Korean enterprises in China focuses on these areas. So, in the future, the trade inside industries of two countries develops among these areas.
  The research of the subject is somewhat theoretically and practically meaningful to enlarge the foreign trade volume, strengthen the industry cooperation of two countries and promote the upgrade of Chinese industry structure.
