우수 수업 사례 관찰을 통해서 본 중등미술 교과 장학 방안

국문 초록

  미술 수업의 중요성에 비해 그 개선을 도모하는 미술교과 장학에 관한 논의는 매우 미미하다. 본 연구는 현장의 교실 수업 개선을 위한 교과 장학 방안으로 실시한 ‘K’도 교육청 수업실기연구대회에서 입상한 중등 미술 교사의 수업을, 참여적 관찰자적 입장에서 교사를 중심으로 살펴본 것이다. 그 결과 ‘좋은 미술과 수업’을 위해 노력하는 교사는 미술의 특성에 맞는 교수방법을 개발하는 교과 내적인 노력과 함께 교과 외적인 요인에 대해 문제의식을 가지고 있으며 이를 해결하고자 노력한다. 미술과 장학은 ‘고립된 존재’로서의 미술교사를 지원하고 네트워킹해주는 일이다. 비디오는 미술과 수업 관찰 수단으로서, 인터넷은 우수 수업 모델을 일반화하고 고립된 미술교사를 연결해주는 데 유용하다.

영문 초록

  An instruction is the core in all educational discussion. The discussion for the promotion of study to improve an instruction of the art class is the institutional condition as compared with the importance. This research was mainly examined as a viewpoint of the participant observer through the art class of the secondary education, which is selected at the competition of the practical instruction research.
  Through the survey of the art class of the secondary education(the competition of the practical instruction research), I looked into the environmental elements which were surrounding the secondary education. Also I tried to provide the realistic program of the encouragement of study in the art class.
  Then I acquired the conclusion that a teacher who makes an effort for the beneficial art class tries to develop a teaching method which is suitable for a characteristic of the art, as well as to solve a critical mind about the environmental elements in the external courses.
  The encouragement of study in the art class is general support for the agony about what we teach and how we teach.
  Therefore, we need progressive cooperation, progressive support, and networking them with the result of organizing and managing a curriculum in the art classes of the secondary education.
  We could know particularly that the video is useful for a way of observation in the art class, and internet is needed to make a generalization ‘isolated art teacher’ broadly. It is effective that an effort to connect isolated art teachers with carring out a psychological compensation scheme.
