영문 초록

  The lowering of working ability in the aged presents a marked difference in the individual case. But on the other hand the adaptation to the working environment and the expert skill are be improved. Our purpose focuses on the analysis about this conflicting situation, from which the important informations are applied in designing the working condition of the older workers.
  Experimental results show that the expert skill of the aged can be expected to improve by making effective use of their experience and there are some operations not influenced by age.
