국문 초록

  지식경영 사회로의 전환을 전제할 때 인적자원 관리에서는 어떤 요인을 차별적으로 추가하여야만 경영성과를 더 높일 수 있을까? 이는 근로자들의 지식을 자산으로 활용하는 핵심역량의 측정을 통해서 가능할 수 있다.
  따라서 경영성과를 높이기 위한 방법으로 경영활동과 핵심역량 간에 관계를 규명하려는 본 연구는 다음 두 가지에 중점을 둔다.
  첫째, 지식경영의 활동을 결정하는 선행변수와 핵심역량에 해당하는 결과변수에는 어떤 요인이 있는지 선행연구들을 중심으로 요약한다.
  둘째, 선행변수인 지식경영의 활동요인과 종속변수인 핵심역량 간에 근로자들의 비전공유와 시스템사고에 대한 인지도는 조절효과가 있는지 검증한다.
  본 연구의 학문적인 기여는 지식경영의 활동요인에 대한 근로자들의 인지도가 핵심역량에 영향을 주는 요인임을 검증한 점이다. 그리고 근로자들의 지식을 기업자산으로 활용하는 구체적 내용을 핵심역량 이론과 연계하여 측정한 점이다. 실무적인 기여는 불확실한 상황에서 손익계산을 통한 일정기간 후의 경영성과 측정보다는 경영활동 전에 근로자들의 지식을 경영활동에 활용하도록 인지도를 높여야할 경영활동요인을 검증한 점이다.

영문 초록

  This study based on how well employees" awareness core elements of knowledge management activity, analyzing how employees can influence and enhance the knowledge management performance. Therefor my study forced on as followers;
  1. An analyzing the employees" awareness on the management strategy, working environment and management structure affects to the core competence in the knowledge management performance factors.
  2. An analyzing the employees" awareness on the Shared Vision and the System Thinking are affect between the knowledge management activity and the core competence for the knowledge management performance.
  The results show that employees" recognition ability of management strategy, working environment to the job and management structure on the performance enhancement are very positive factors to the knowledge management activities. Furthermore workers who are in a group with a higher degree of awareness on learning organization factors, better performed than those in a group with a lower degree of awareness on learning organization facts.
  Overall, the result of this study strongly suggests that clear awareness of management acting factors added to core competence.
  Knowledge management activity factors are improved by analysis, affected to the core competence.
