지적자본 하위구성요소간의 관계에 관한 실증적 연구

국문 초록

  이 논문은 21세기 지식경제시대에 있어 주목되고 있는 지적자본의 중요성의 인식과 더불어 지적자본의 하위구성요소들간의 관계성에 관한 실증조사이다. 6개 기업에 속한 307명의 종업원을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 선행연구들을 기초로 하여 지적자본을 인적자본, 구조적자본, 혁신자본, 그리고 고객자본으로 분류하고, 구조적자본 및 혁신자본을 인적자본과 고객자본 사이의 매개역할을 하는 연구모형으로 설계하여 연구모형의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증한 후, 지적자본의 하위구성요소인 개별자본들 사이의 관계성을 경로분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 인적자본은 혁신자본과 구조적자본에, 혁신자본은 고객자본에 통계적 유의성을 보여 주었으며, 혁신자본 및 구조적자본은 인적자본과 고객자본 사이의 매개적 효과를 유의하게 보여주었다. 특히 혁신자본과 구조적 자본사이의 선후행적 인과관계를 고려한 여러 모델들의 적합도도 분석하여 확인하였으나 본 연구에서의 모형이 가장 적합했다. 끝으로 연구결과의 의미와 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계와 향후 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

  As the society of knowledge becomes, Intellectual capital can be thought of as the knowledge based equity of a company. IC management has already become the core of the management in the knowledge economy era. This study on intellectual capital which is in spotlight as an important factor has meaning that it provides information on intellectual capital to interested parties(stockholders, employers, employees, customers, etc.), suggests intellectual capital measurement indices for strategic management of human resources, and presents intellectual capital management processes which is useful in companies practically by designing and verifying intellectual capital measurement models for effective management of intellectual capital. This study aims to examine the relationship between the components of intellectual capital that are required for the companies as the tools of management of intellectual capital. To satisfy these aims, this study was conducted for the subjects of 307 employees from high­tech company. Based on antecedent studies, intellectual capital was classified into human, structural, innovational and customer capital and structural and innovational capitals were designed as the research model that will play a mediating role between human and customer capitals.
  The primary goal of much of this paper is to establish a set of guidelines for managing and reporting on intellectual capital.
  Finally, based on analyzed results, the practical suggestions for intellectual capital and the limits to study were discussed.
