국문 초록

본 연구는 우리나라의 대부분을 차지하고 있는 도해지역 지적측량방법을 개선하기 위하여 지적전산파일과 항공정사사진 및 RTK-GPS를 이용한 실험측량을 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하여 활용성을 제시 하였다. 실험측량은 펜컴퓨터에 지적전산파일과 항공정사사진을 오버랩하여 현장상황을 파악한 뒤에 실제 도해지역 현장측량에서 사용하는 측판측량기 대신에 RTK-GPS를 이용하여 경계점의 정위치를 결정하는 단계로 수행되었다. 연구결과 내업에 의한 현장상황의 판단과 정량적ㆍ정성적 정보의 통합운영이 가능하였으며, 각개분야의 데이터를 이용한 새로운 융합기술의 응용이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 항공정사사진과 지적전산파일에 대한 측량업무의 활용도를 높이고 수직업 형태로 이루어지고 있는 도해지역의 측판측량작업을 RTK-GPS로 대체하여 기존의 지적측량 방법을 대체 개선하여 향후 지적측량작업의 능률 향상과 그에 따른 대민서비스 제고에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to enhance the Korean cadastral surveYing method by using cadastral electronic files, aerial orthophotographs and RTK -GPS pilot surveying. It also aims to overcome problelms in graphical areas covering most of national lands and to analyse their usability. After checking fields by overlapping cadastral electronic files with aerial orthophotographs, RTK-GPS surveying was performed to determine existing boundary. Boundary differences are then calculated and corrected to decide boundary points. Through these working processes, the accuracy of cadastral map was increased. As a result of this study, it was possible to achieve reduction of work process, accuracy enhancement, grasping the situation of working field in the office, enhancement of cadastral surveying method, and integration of quantitative information and qualitative information. By application of the results of this study, it was possible to apply for a new integrated technique by using data of various fields for improving convenience of surveying work and setting up foundation of cadastral resurvey. Furthermore, this system will provide related information more efficienlly with regard to protection of people's property ownership and management of it.
