영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is the comparison of a grammatical phenomena between written and spoken text. The major contents of the study is to examine the similarities and differences of a grammatical phenomena between written and spoken text based on the statistic analysis of many clauses in four kinds of written text and conversational speech. This study observes the frequency of pronominalization, deletion, movement and topicalization of core arguments and shows that the fundamental difference between writing and speech. A consequence of a gammatical analysis is as follows : Firstly, the deletion of core arguments is more common in speech. Secondly, in old information, the frequency of pronominalization of core arguments shows 4% in written text and 9% in spoken text. Besides the frequency of the deletion in noun phrase shows 59%. It suggests that the deletion of noun phrase is more common than pronominalization of core arguments in both spoken and written text. Thirdly, the movement of core arguments is barely nine times in spoken text. This consequence shows that the deletion of arguments is far more than the movement of core arguments in spoken text.
