영문 초록

This paper is aim to find the meaning of the natural in the A Mountain(山) and the A Flats(들). First, the natural in the A Mountain and A Flats has the double characters. The human society is filled with every kind of rules and taboo, but the natural is a free space out of human's taboo and a permitted space of the free enjoyment about the "food and sex." Also, the natural in the A Mountain and A Flats is not a space cut off with the human society, but a space "food and sex" to depend on the human society and encroached upon by the human society. Second, the character in the A Mountain and A Flats is cleared, when we research the before novels A Cock(수탉) and A Soliloquy(獨白). The spaces of the A Cock is stand face to face a space observe the rules and taboo in(school inside)↔a space promise for "food and sex" in(school outside). A theme in the A Soliloquy is a desire of the sex only. If the people turn away from taboo of the Maxism, the desire of the sex is repressed perfectly. Third, Lee asserts it that when we turn away from taboo we is out of favor with sex in A Soliloquy, but at A Mountain and A Flats Lee set down the Maxism and the "food and sex" in the natural altogether. Although Two elements is consolidated, ideology in the Maxism and the reality avoid character in the human instinct investigation are diluted.
