영문 초록

This article is a chronological study that examines resistant novels as the view of the national consciousness and the popular spirit in Pusan and Kyeongnam province. Therefore, the Resistant novels are what are described the national and the popular conflicts and their resistances, which had been in our Korean modern history. In the colonial period, they were describing the colonial capitalistic conflicts through the anti-Japanese spirit, the abolition of the conventional rank-system, and complaints and resistances against the Japanese exploitative systems all over the country. After the 1945 Liberation, there had been many works, which were novelized the Japanese compulsory conscription of Korean student-soldiers in the closing days of the colonial period, and their denial of the conscription and then the armed struggle against Japan. From the 1945 Liberation to the Korean War. there were many Resistant novels that described conflicts of establishing the nation-state, the October-struggle and its social background, and the violence and the massacre of innocent people during the Korean War. After 1960s, Resistant novels have been describing the 3?15 patriotic movement in Masan, the 6?3 Resistance, the Korean comfort girls and their wounded hearts, mysterious deaths of the patriotic people, labor problems, long-term prisoners, and problems of our environment.
