유아교사의 자기결정성 및 사회적 지지와 디지털 역량 간의 관계 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 자기결정성 및 사회적 지지와 디지털 역량 간의 관계를 탐색하고, 이를 통해 유아교사의 자기결정성과 사회적 지지가 디지털 역량에 미치는 영향을 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 현직 유아교사 300명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 최종 239부를 연구자료로 활용하였다. 이후 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 독립표본 t검정, 일원배치 분산분석(One-way ANOVA), 상관분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 유아교사의 일반적 배경에 따라 디지털 역량에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 자기결정성과 사회적 지지가 디지털 역량에 일부 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 유아교사의 디지털 역량의 중요성이 강조되고 있는현시점에 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사의 디지털 역량 강화를 위한 시사점을 제시하는 데 그 의의가있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated relationships between self-determination, social support, and digital competence in early childhood teachers, as well as the effect of self-determination and social support on digital competence. A survey was conducted with 300 in-service early childhood teachers, from whom 239 valid responses were received and analyzed. The analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0, including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The study found that, first, there were significant differences in digital competence in relation to the general background of early childhood teachers. Second, self-determination and social support partially influenced digital competence. These findings are significant, as they provide practical implications for strengthening the digital competence of both preservice and in-service early childhood teachers as its importance is being increasingly emphasized.
