상위교육 역량강화 전략검사의 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

이 연구는 일반계 고등학생의 상위교육 역량강화 척도 개발 및 타당화를 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 선행연구를 분석하고 고등학교교사 면담 및 논의, 고등학생의 예비조사, 전문가 집단의 내용타당도 검토를 통해 예비척도 81문항을 개발하였다. 연구대상자는 IRB가 승인한 절차에 따라 고등학교 1학년과 2학년 학생 800명의 응답 자료를 수집하였으며 89명의 불성실 응답을 제거하고 총 711명의 자료를 분석하였다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 연구자가 구성한 척도의 타당성 검정을 하였고, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 구조 모형의 적합성을 검증하여 최종 문항을 선정하였다. 요인별 합산점수 간의 상관계수 검토 결과, 각 요인 간의 상관도는 정적 상관을 보였다. 측정변수별 기술통계량의 왜도와 첨도를 검토했을 때 정규성 분포를 이탈하지 않은 결과를 보였다. 이에 따라 상위교육 역량강화를 위한 전략 척도는 기초학업능력 7문항, 교육원리 수행력 6문항, 교육혁신력 7문항, 교육양태 적응력 6문항, 미래성장 문해력 6문항, 교육활동 운용능력 7문항을 합하여 총 39문항으로 확정되었다. 이 연구에서 개발된 척도가 고등학생들의 상위교육 역량강화 전략을 마련하는 데 사용되기를 기대하며, 후속연구로 개발되는 척도와 상관분석도 이루어지길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop and validate a scale for Strengthening the meta education capacity of general high school students. To this end, a preliminary scale of 81 items was developed through analysis of previous studies, interviews and discussions with high school teachers, review by high school students, and content validity review by a group of experts. The study participants were recruited through IRB-approved procedures. Response from 800 students in their first and second year of high school was collected out of which 89 responses were excluded for being unreliable and a total of 711 responses were analyzed. The researcher's predicted construct validity was confirmed through exploratory factor analysis, and the final items were selected by verifying the suitability of the research model through confirmatory factor analysis. As a result of examining the correlation coefficients between the sum scores by factor, the correlation between each factor was found to be positive. When examining the skewness and kurtosis of the descriptive statistics for each measured variable, the results did not deviate from the normal distribution. Therefore, the strategy scale for strengthening the meta education capacity was finalized to consist of a total of 39 items, including 7 items on basic academic ability, 6 items on implementation of educational principles, 7 items on educational innovation, 6 items on adaptability to educational styles, 6 items on future growth literacy, and 7 items on educational activity-operation ability. The strengthening of meta education capacity scale developed in this study will be used to test the educational competencies of high school students. This study is expected that will be performed correlation analysis with new scales developed through various follow-up studies.
