국문 초록

산업보안을 위한 정책과 규정이 의도된 방향으로 적용되고 운영될 수 있도록 조직구성원이 정책과 규정을 준수하고자 하는 의도를 향상시킬 수 있어야 한다. 이런 산업보안정책 준수의지를 향상시키기 위해 선행연구를 토대로 조직요인을 의미하는 조직의 수단적 지원에 대한 인식과 개인요인을 의미하는 직무만족 그리고 산업보안정책준수의지 간의 관계를 검증에 연구목적을 두었다. 연구목적에 따라 산업체에서 근무하고 있는 근로자를 대상으로 하는 목적표집법을 이용하여 2024년 04월 20일에서 2024년 05월 10일까지 설문조사를 진행하였고, 회수된 설문지는 문제를 보이는 일부를 제외하고, 110부만을 최종분석에 활용하였다. 해당 자료는 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시한 뒤 가설검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였고, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 수단적 지원인식은 산업보안정책준수의지에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 직무만족에는 통계적으로 유의미한 수준에서 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 직무만족은 산업보안정책준수의지에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 직무만족은 수단적 지원과 산업보안정책준수의지에 완전 매개하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 수단적 지원에 대한 구성원의 인식이 산업보안정책준수의지를 직접적으로 향상시킬 수 없지만, 직무만족을 경험하게 할 때, 호혜성의 결과로 산업보안정책을 준수하고자 하는 의도가 향상될 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Organizational members should be able to improve their intention to comply with policies and regulations so that policies and regulations for industrial security can be applied and operated in the intended direction. In order to improve the willingness to comply with these industrial security policies, the purpose of the study was to verify the relationship between the organization's perception of instrumental support, which means organizational factors, job satisfaction, which means individual factors, and willingness to comply with industrial security policies based on previous studies. According to the purpose of the study, a questionnaire was conducted from April 20, 2024 to May 10, 2024 using the objective sampling method targeting workers working in industries, and only 110 copies of the collected questionnaire were used for the final analysis, except for some showing problems. In this data, after conducting frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis, a structural equation model analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis, and the following results were derived. Recognition of instrumental support did not have a significant effect on the willingness to comply with industrial security policy, but had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction at a statistically significant level. Job satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on the willingness to comply with industrial security policy, and job satisfaction was completely mediated by instrumental support and the willingness to comply with industrial security policy. These results suggest that members' perceptions of instrumental support may not directly improve their willingness to comply with industrial security policies, but when they experience job satisfaction, their intention to comply with industrial security policies may improve as a result of reciprocity.
