교류분석 이론에 근거한 교류패턴 척도개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 교류분석(TA) 이론의 교류패턴 유형에 근거하여 상보 교류, 교차 교류, 이면 교류의 세 가지 교류패턴 척도의 개발 및 타당성 검증을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 TA의 교류패턴 유형별 개념을 바탕으로 예비문항을 제작한 후 내용타당도 검증, 예비조사, 본 조사를 통해 35문항을 선정하였다. 연구대상은 전국 5개 권역(수도권, 강원권, 충청권, 영남권, 호남권)의 성인 1,438명(남 655명, 여 791명)이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교류패턴 척도의 요인구조와 요인설명력은 주성분 탐색 요인분석 결과 3요인(상보 교류, 교차 교류, 이면 교류)으로 구성되었으며, 본조사 문항으로 최종 선정된 교류패턴 척도 18문항의 주성분 탐색 결과 측정하려는 요인에 대한 설명력이 .40 이상으로 모두 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 교류패턴 척도의 타당도는 예비 18문항의 요인분석 적합성이 KMO .868과 Bartlett 구형성 χ2값 6505.284(df=435, p=000)로 타당도가 높은 척도임이 검증되었다. 셋째, 교류패턴 척도의 신뢰도는 3요인별 Cronbach’s α .783∼.851 으로 성분요인별 특성을 제대로 측정할 수 있는 매우 높은 신뢰로운 문항들로 구성된 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 검사-재검사의 Cronbach’s α도 검사 .789∼.842, 재검사 .791∼.854로 본 척도가 매우 신뢰도가 높은 표준화된 척도임이 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 볼 때, 본 연구에서 개발된 교류패턴 척도가 성인대상 검사 도구로 일반화할 수 있는 척도임을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 향후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop and validate scales for three patterns of transaction based on the Theory of Transaction analysis(TA): complementary transaction, cross transaction, and ulterior transaction. To this end, 35 questions were selected through content validity verification, preliminary survey, and main survey after creating preliminary questions based on the concept of each type of transaction pattern of TA. The study involved 1,438 adults from five regions across the country (capital area, Gangwon area, Chungcheong area, Yeongnam area, Honam area), comprising 655 males and 791 females. The results of this study are as follows: First, the factor structure and explanatory power of the transaction scale were composed of three factors (complementary transaction, cross transaction, and ulterior transaction) based on principal component exploration factor analysis. The explanatory power for the factors measured by the final 18-item transaction scale was all high, with values above .40. Second, the validity of the transaction scale was confirmed as high, with the factor analysis suitability of the preliminary 18 items showing a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of .868 and Bartlett ’s sphericity χ2 value of 6505.284 (df=435, p=000). Third, the reliability of the transaction scale was shown to be very high, with Cronbach’s α values for the three factors ranging from .851 to .783, indicating highly reliable items for measuring each component factor. Moreover, the Cronbach’s α for test-retest reliability was .842 to .789 for the test and .854 to .791 for the retest, confirming that the scale is highly reliable and standardized. Given these research findings, it can be confirmed that the transaction scale developed in this study can be generalized as a tool for assessing adults. Finally, the significance of this study and suggestions for future research are discussed.
