생명보험설계사의 자아상태 및 인생태도와 직무만족도 상관성 연구

국문 초록

직무만족도는 인간의 보편적 목표인 행복에 영향을 주는 요인이지만, 불만족 시 이직 선택이나 삶의 질을 저하시키는 요인이 된다. 이직률이 높은 보험설계사의 경우 직무 불만족으로 추정할 수 있는데, 이러한 경향은 보험설계사의 직무특성 상 고객을 직접 대면하는 스트레스가 직무만족에 영향을 주는 것으로 판단되어진다. 본 연구의 목적은 생명보험설계사들의 직무만족도에 교류분석상담 영역에서 자아상태와 인생태도 등이 어떠한 상관관계가 있는 지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집은 보험대리점(GA)의 생명보험설계사 62명을 대상으로 시행되었다. 그리고 SPSS 20.0을 활용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과로는, 첫째, 조사대상자의 자아상태는 NP와 A가 정점에 있는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 조사대상자의 인생태도는 자기긍정․타인긍정을 보였다. 셋째, 인생태도 중 자기부정 경향이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조사 결과로 볼 때, 자기부정 태도를 지양하고 NP, A 자아 활성화 개입이 생명보험설계사 대상 직무만족도 향상에 필요할 것으로 판단되어진다.

영문 초록

Job satisfaction is the primary factor in determining happiness, so people change jobs when they aren’t satisfied. In the case of insurance planner, high turnover rates imply low job satisfaction. Job stress impacts job satisfaction, and job stress is particularly prominent for insurance planner whose job involves working with customers face-to-face. The purpose of this study is to identify the ego state and life position characteristics of life insurance planner and to find the effects of ego-state and life position on job satisfaction. Participants in this study consisted of 62 life insurance planners from 2 insurance company (GA) located in Gwangju, Then, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 20.0 program. The research results are as follows. First, the ego state of the study participants was the Mountain Pattern, with NP and A as the highest point. Second, the life position of the study participants was found to be a type of ‘I’m OK․ You’re OK’. Third, it was found that ‘I’m not OK’ had an affect on job satisfaction. Based on this study, It requires specific interventions which make life insurance planner avoid ‘I’m not OK’ and activate both ‘NP’ and ‘A’ for their better adaptations while serving in the activity.
