아동학대 경험에 관한 질적 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 아동학대 피해아동들의 신체, 심리, 정서적 손상에 대한 질적 메타분석 연구이다. 국내에서 수행된 아동학대 피해아동들의 경험을 파악하기 위해 국내 논문 검색엔진을 활용하여 아동학대 관련 검색어, 질적 연구 관련 검색어를 입력하여 분석 대상 논문을 수집하였다. 총 24편의 질적 논문을 선정 후 질적 연구물 평가도구인 CASP를 활용하여 9편의 논문을 최종 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 선정된 9편의 질적 논문은 Nobilt와 Hare(1988)가 제시한 메타문화기술지방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 151개의 개별주제, 53개의 통합주제, 12개의 핵심주제가 나타났다. 이에 대해 기술하였고, 분석결과에 의거하여 아동학대 피해아동들의 회복을 위한 구체적 논의와 제언을 하였으며 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was a qualitative meta-analysis examining the physical, psychological, and emotional harm experienced by children who have suffered from abuse. To better understand the experiences of abused children in South Korea, domestic research papers were collected through national academic search engines using keywords related to child abuse and qualitative research. Initially, a total of 24 qualitative studies were selected, and after applying the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) tool, nine studies were finalized for analysis. The meta-ethnography method proposed by Noblit and Hare (1988) was used to analyze these studiesThe analysis revealed 151 individual themes, which were consolidated into 53 integrated themesand further distilled into 12 core themes. Based on these findings, the study provides a detailed description of the themes and offers specific discussions and recommendations for the recovery of abused children. The limitations of the research are also discussed.
