교류분석 집단상담 프로그램이 양육시설 아동의 자기효능감과 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 양육시설 아동을 대상으로 교류분석 집단상담 프로그램이 자기효능감과 의사소통 능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 대상은 경상북도 양육시설에 거주하고 있는 초등학생 10명을 모집하여 실험집단 5명, 통제집단 5명으로 선정하였다. 본 연구는 대상자의 자발적 참여와 생명윤리위원회의 사전승인을 받아 2023년 5~6월 5주간 총 10회기, 주 2회 50분씩 진행하였다. 본 연구의 효과성 검증은 측정변수에 대해 동질성 검정을 위하여 비모수 검정인 맨-휘트니 U 검정(Mann-Whitney U Test)을 실시하였으며, 실험집단과 통제집단의 집단 간 사전․사후검사의 변화량의 차이는 비모수 검정 방법인 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon’s signed-rank test)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 효과성 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단과 통제집단에 대한 동질성을 검증한 결과 두 집단은 동질한 집단으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램 실시 후 실험집단 평균과 통제집단 평균의 차이를 비교한 결과 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 자기효능감과 의사소통능력에서 모두 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제언과 한계점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of an Transactional Analysis group counseling program on self-efficacy and communication ability of children in foster care facilities. Ten elementary school children living in foster care facilities in Gyeongsangbuk-do were recruited and selected as five experimental and five control groups. The study was conducted for a total of 10 sessions for 50 minutes twice a week for 5 weeks from May to June 2023, with the consent of the subjects' voluntary participation and prior approval of the Institutional Review Board. To verify the effectiveness of this study, the Mann-Whitney U Test, a non-parametric test, was used to test the homogeneity of the measured variables, and the Wilcoxon's signed-rank test, a non-parametric test, was used to test the difference in the amount of change from pre- to post-test between the experimental and control groups. The results of the study's effectiveness verification were as follows First, the homogeneity of the experimental and control groups was verified, and the two groups were found to be homogeneous. Second, the difference between the experimental and control group means after the program was implemented was compared, and the experimental group showed a significant difference in both self-efficacy and communication ability compared to the control group. Finally, suggestions and limitations of this study are presented.
