영유아 SW 및 AI 교육의 방향과 정책우선순위

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 본 연구의 목적은 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 영유아 SW 및 AI 교육의 정책 우선순위와 정책 개선방안을 제안하는 것이다. 연구 조사 기간은 2023년 9월 27일부터 10월 3일까지 1-2차에 걸쳐 전문가 20명을 대상으로 영유아 SW 및 AI 교육의 정책에 관한 의견수렴을 실시하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 12.0을 활용한 기술통계분석, 변이계수와 내용타당도 비율, LFF(The Locus for Focus) 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘디지털 위험에서의 유아보호’ 영역에서 영유아를 위한 안전 지침, 플랫폼 안전장치 마련 등이, 둘째, ‘디지털 격차 감소’ 영역에서는 장애/취약 영유아를 위한 디지털 기술환경 지원, 교육과정 및 기술환경 지원 등이 중요하였다. 셋째, ‘유아 디지털 리터러시 역량 개발’ 영역에서는 디지털 시민성교육 강화, 디지털 다문식석 접근법 강화 등이, 넷째, ‘유아와 가족 간의 질적 상호작용 강화’ 영역에서는 부모교육 및 가족 지원 강화, 정부차원의 공익광고/ 홍보 강화 등이, 다섯째, ‘교육활동 지원 및 질 향상을 위한 교사 전문성 지원’ 영역에서는 맞춤형 역량 강화 디지털 교육 프로그램 개발, 교원 연수 및 학습모임(워크샵) 개최 등이 정책 우선순위로 분석되었다. 이상의 연구결과에 따른 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose policy priorities and improvement measures for early childhood software (SW) and artificial intelligence(AI) education through a Delphi survey of experts. The research was conducted over two phases from September 27 to October 3, 2023, gathering opinions from 20 experts on policies regarding early childhood SW and AI education. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, coefficient of variation and content validity ratio using SPSS 12.0, and LFF (The Locus for Focus) analysis were conducted. The key research findings are as follows. First, in the area of ‘Child Protection from Digital Risks,’ safety guidelines for young children and the establishment of platform safety measures were deemed important. Secondly, in the ‘Reduction of Digital Disparities’ area, support for digital technology environments for children with disabilities/vulnerabilities and support for curriculum and technological environments were highlighted. Thirdly, in the area of ‘Development of Digital Literacy Competence in Children,’ strengthening digital citizenship education and enhancing access to digital multiliteracy were emphasized. Fourth, in the area of ‘strengthening quuality interaction between young children and families’, strengthening parental education and family support, and strengthening public service advertising/promotion at the government level, fifth, in the area of ‘support for educational activities and teacher expertise for quality improvement’, development of customized capacity-building digital education programs, and holding teacher training and learning meetings (workshops) were analyzed as policy priorities. Based on these research findings, Policy implications were presented.
