국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 대학교 교직원의 자기효능감이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통 능력과 조직몰입의 매개효과를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 대학교 교직원의 자기효능감, 의사소통 능력, 조직몰입과 조직효과성의 구조적 관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 중국 대학교 교직원의 자기효능감이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통 능력과 조직몰입의 매개효과는 어떠한가? 본 연구는 중국대학교 교직원 600명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하고 대학별로는 화베이이공대학이 200명, 허베이과학 기술대학이 200명, 스자좡철도대학이 200명이다. 설문조사는 2020년 11월 27일부터 2021년 1월 15일까지 인터넷(설문별 www.wjx.cn)을 통해 실시하였다. 연구의 결론은 첫째, 첫째, 중국대학교 교직원의 자기효능감은 의사소통 능력과 조직몰입에 직접적으로 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 의사소통 능력과 조직몰입은 조직효과성에 직접적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 의사소통 능력과 조직몰입은 자기효능감과 조직효과성 사이에 완전매개효과가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to reveal the mediating effects of communication ability and organizational commitment in the impact of self-efficacy of Chinese university faculty and staff on organizational effectiveness. The specific research questions to achieve the purpose of this study are as follows. First, what is the structural relationship among self-efficacy, communication ability, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness of Chinese university faculty? Second, what is the mediating effects of communication ability and organizational commitment in the impact of self-efficacy of Chinese university faculty and staff on organizational effectiveness. The conclusion of the study is that, firstly, the self-efficacy of Chinese university faculty members had a direct positive effect on their communication skills and organizational commitment. Communication ability and organizational commitment had a direct significant positive effect on organizational effectiveness. Second, communication ability and organizational commitment have a complete mediating effect between self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness.
