국문 초록

이 연구는 학생부종합전형의 필요성과 목적에 초점을 맞추어 교육체계의 효과적 운영과 학생 학업성취도 향상을 목적으로 한다. 연구는 다양한 능력과 잠재력을 종합적으로 평가하는 효과적인 학생부종합전형을 개발하고자 하며, 이를 통해 교육체계의 변화에 대응하고 학생들의 창의성, 문제해결 능력, 리더십을 측정하여 교육의 질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 주요 대학들의 평가 요소는 학업, 전공, 인성, 발전 가능성으로 나뉘어 있으며, 연구는 이를 분석하여 입학전형의 타당성을 모색하고, 역할 분담 모형을 개발하여 입학전형의 투명성을 향상시킬 제안을 하고 있다. 이 연구의 중요성은 J대학교의 입학전형을 발전시키고 학생들의 다양한 능력을 정확히 평가하기 위한 서류 및 면접 평가를 개선하는 데 있다. 연구 방법은 학생부종합전형 평가지표를 개발하기 위해 델파이 조사, 전문가 면담 등 다양한 단계를 통해 총 61개의 평가지표를 개발하고 타당성을 확인하였다. 연구 결과 J대학교 기존 평가항목을 재구성하여 학업과 진로 역량, 인성과 공동체 역량, 발전 가능성으로 나누어져 각각의 영역에 필요한 요소들을 구체적으로 정의하고 총 15개의 요소로 학생부종합전형 평가항목을 재구성하였다. 이를 통해 전체적인 입학전형 시스템의 효과적인 관리와 학생 다양성을 정확하게 평 가하는 데 기여하며, 지속적으로 발전 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 학습자 개인의 성장과 발전을 통한 미래의 성공에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of the education system and elevate student academic achievement by emphasizing the necessity and purpose of comprehensive screening of student records. The research strives to formulate an efficient comprehensive student admissions process that thoroughly assesses diverse abilities and potentials. Through this process, the study anticipates adapting to changes in the educational system and enhancing the quality of education by gauging students' creativity, problem-solving skills, and leadership. The evaluation criteria for prominent universities are categorized into academics, major, personality, and development potential. This study scrutinizes these factors to assess the viability of the admissions process and proposes a role distribution model to enhance the transparency of the admissions procedure. The significance of this research lies in refining the admissions process at J University and improving the accuracy of document and interview evaluations for a thorough assessment of students' diverse abilities. The research methodology involves various steps in developing evaluation indicators for comprehensive student records. A total of 61 evaluation indicators were established, and their validity was confirmed through expert interviews and Delphi surveys. As a result of the study, J University's existing evaluation items were reorganized and divided into academic and career capabilities, personality and community capabilities, and development potential, specifically defining the elements necessary for each area, and reorganizing the student record comprehensive screening evaluation items into a total of 15 factors. Through this, it contributed to the effective management of the overall admissions system and accurate assessment of student diversity, and confirmed that there is potential for continued development. This is expected to contribute to future success through the growth and development of individual learners.
