국문 초록

Purpose: This study examined the relationship between nursing students' clinical performance ability, clinical practicum stress, and career decision self-efficacy. Methods: The study targeted 108 nursing students in their 3rd and 4th years who had experienced clinical practicum at a nursing college in C district. Data were collected from November 1st to November 15th, 2023, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 Program. Results: The results revealed a significant pos-itive correlation between the clinical performance ability and career decision self-efficacy (r=.58, p<.001). Conclusion: Enhancing nursing students career decision self-efficacy will require developing and implementing programs to improve to improve clinical performance ability.
