교사와 협력을 통한 발달장애인평생교육기관 외부강사의 프로그램 운영 경험에 대한 탐색

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 발달장애인 평생교육 프로그램 운영에서 교강사간 협력 경험의 의미와 실질적인 협력요인을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 연구방법은 발달장애인 평생교육기관에 근무하는 교사와 외부 강사를 대상으로 프로그램 회차별 면담을 실시하고 그 결과를 연속비교법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 협력경험의 의미와 요인으로 프로그램 운영의 구조적 제약, 프로그램 운영 시 강사가 경험하는 어려움, 협력의 새로운 방향성 제시라는 3가지 상위범주와 물리적 환경과 예산의 제한 등 9가지의 하위범주, 그리고 38개의 의미단어를 도출하였으며, 이를 통해 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 교강사간 협력경험의 의미와 협력을 위한 개선점을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 제언: 현장과 후속연구를 위한 제언은 발달장애인 평생교육 프로그램 운영에 있어서 교강사의 협력은 양질의 프로그램 운영을 위해 매우 필요한 요인인 것을 확인하였고, 이에 따른 발전방향을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the meaning and practical factors of collaboration experience between teachers and instructors in the operation of lifelong education programs for people with developmental disabilities. For this study, we conducted program-by-program interviews with teachers and external instructors working in lifelong education institutions for people with developmental disabilities, and analyzed the results using the consecutive comparison method. As a result of this study, three major categories of the meaning and factors of collaboration experience were derived: structural constraints at the program level, difficulties experienced by the instructor when running the program, and suggestion of new directions for collaboration. In addition, nine subcategories, including physical environment and budget limitations, and 39 meaningful words were derived. Through these, this study concretely suggested the meaning of the collaboration experience in the field between teachers and instructors, and the improvements for their collaboration. For the field and follow-up research, we suggested that the collaboration of teachers and instructors is a crucial factor for the quality of lifelong education programs for people with developmental disabilities, and the directions for developing collaboration between teachers and instructors.
