노인 집단미술치료의 현장 수퍼비전에서 경험한 미술치료사들의 이야기

국문 초록

이 탐구는 노인 집단미술치료를 실시한 3명의 미술치료사와 수퍼바이저의 현장 수퍼비전 경험이야기이다. 탐구의 목적은 수퍼바이지인 미술치료사들과 수퍼바이저가 현장 수퍼비전 과정에서 무엇을 경험하고 그 경험을 통해 어떤 성장을 이루었는지를 연구하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 3명의 미술치료사와 각각 현장 수퍼비전 1회, 일반 수퍼비전 2회씩 실시하였으며 이후 수퍼비전이 필요할 때 서로 이에 대한 이야기를 나누었다. 본 탐구는 특히 현장 수퍼비전에 대한 경험을 내러티브 탐구로 구성하였다. 6개의 경험이 도출되었고 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 1) 현장은 그림을 그릴 준비가 되어 있었다 2) 기관 마다 다름이 있었다 3) 3명의 미술치료사의 여기-지금을 보다 4) 갈등하고 자신의 치료과정을 수용하는 시간이 필요하다 5) 수퍼바이저를 믿고 수퍼바이지를 존중하다, 6) 개성과 특색이 있어 아름다웠다. 현장 수퍼비전은 미술치료사와 수퍼바이저 모두에게 용기가 필요했으며, 수퍼바이지와 수퍼바이저에게 미술치료사로서의 성장을 가져왔다. 그리고 현장 수퍼비전은 백문이 불여일견으로 상황을 그대로 접촉하는 가치가 있었다. 이러한 내용을 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This inquiry was about the live supervision experience of three art therapists and supervisor who performed group art therapy with elderly people. The inquiry purposed to study what the supervisor and art therapists, who are supervisor, experienced in the field supervision process and what growth they have achieved through that experience. To this end, three art therapists conducted one live supervision and two general supervisions, respectively, and then talked to each other when they needed supervision. In this inquiry, in particular, the experience of live supervision is composed of narrative inquiry. Six experiences were derived as follows. 1) the site was ready to draw, 2) it differed from institution to institution, 3) see the three art therapists' ‘here and now,’ 4) art therapists need time to conflict and accept their treatment process, 5) trust the supervisor, respect the supervisor, and 6) it was beautiful because of its personality and characteristics. Live supervision required courage from both art therapists and supervisor, and brought growth as art therapists to supervisor and supervisees. And the live supervision was worth touching the situation as it was at a glance. Based on these contents, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
