미술치료사의 인식으로 본 창의성 치유요인

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미술치료사를 대상으로 미술치료에서 창의성의 요인에 관하여 치유적인 관점에서 창의성 발현을 돕는 핵심적인 요인을 제안하고, 각 요인들 간의 영향 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 미술치료전 문가 13명을 대상으로 하는 델파이 조사와 경력 4년 이상의 미술치료사 213명에 응답을 분석하였다. 그 결과 창의성 발현 요인으로 창의적 사고력, 창의에 몰입, 창의적 미술, 미술치료사, 창의적 환경 요인이 제안되었으며, 발현된 창의성의 치유요인을 평가하는 기준으로 ‘사고의 확장성’, ‘개방적 태도와 긍정적 정서반응’, ‘자기 표현력’, ‘통합된 자기 인식’을 제안되었다. 이들 요인간의 영향 관계에 대한 인식조사 결과 모형적합도의 절대적합지수와 증분적합지수 모두 양호하였으며, 확인적 요인 분석 검증에서 연구모형에 적용된 잠재변인들이 타당한 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구를 통해 미술치료사들이 인식하는 미술치료에서 창의성의 치유요인에 관하여 체계적 접근을 제안할 수 있었다. 이는 미술치료에서 주요하게 다루어지는 창의성의 치유요인에 대한 미술치료사들의 합의된 지식의 가치를 확인하는 기회가 되었으며, 미술치료에서 창의성의 치유요인에 대한 기초자료를 마련하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study explored the evaluation criteria for and factors influencing the creativity of healing factors in art therapy as perceived by a group of art therapist; and identified analyzed their perceptions of the relationships among the factors. The study analyzed the Delphi survey of 13 art therapy experts and the responses of 213 art therapists who practiced over 4 years. Consequently, these art therapists suggested the following creativity-inducing factors in art therapy: Creative thinking, flow experience during creation, creative art, art therapists, and creative environment. Criteria for evaluating the therapeutic factors of expressed creativity were “expanded thinking,” “open attitude and positive emotional responses,” “unique self-expression,” and “integrated self-awareness.” As a result of analyzing their perceptions of the relationships among the factors, the result revealed that both the absolute and incremental fit indices of the model's goodness-of-fit were above the generally accepted level and the latent variables applied to the research model were valid by confirmatory factor analysis. This study suggested a systematic approach to the therapeutic factors of creativity in art therapy. This study had significance in exploring the value of agreed knowledge on the therapeutic factors of creativity, an issue of art therapy, and providing fundamental data for the therapeutic factors of creativity in art therapy.
