국문 초록

이 논문의 목적은 학문 목적의 한국어 읽기 교육과 관련된 연구동향을 살피고, 이를 통해 읽기 교육의 균형 잡힌 연구 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2011년-2021년에 발표된 읽기 교육을 다룬 석, 박사논문을 분석 대상으로 삼았다. 읽기는 언어 교육의 성취와 직결되며, 쓰기, 듣기, 말하기와 함께 언어 교육에 도구적 성격을 가진다. 따라서 읽기 영역에 대한 논의를 분석하여 학문 목적 읽기 연구의 방향성과 읽기 교육의 현장 경험성을 보다 구체화할 수 있다고 판단한다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 이 글에서는 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)를 통해 관련 학위 논문 235편을 선정, 이들을 ‘교육 이론, 교육 방안, 교육과정, 교육 자료, 학습 양상, 학습자 변인’으로 하위 분류한 뒤 이를 근거로 기존의 학문 목적 읽기 교육 연구의 주제별 분포와 경향성을 파악하였다. 최종적으로 분석한 결과를 토대로 향후 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 교육 연구가 나아가야 할 방향성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the research trends related to reading education in the Korean language curriculum for academic purposes and to find a systematic and efficient educational direction for reading education through this. For this discussion, this article analyzed master's and doctoral dissertations on Korean reading education published in 2011-2021. In language education, reading can be said to be a key area directly connected to the achievement of language education. Despite the importance of learning, the results of reading education are to identify and analyze recent trends in educational research for international students by conducting trend analysis on master's and doctoral dissertations on the subject of reading Korean for international students. To this end, data on doctoral dissertations published from 2011 to 2021 were collected through the Academic Research Information Service (RISS), and 32 collected papers were classified into 'education theory, education plan, curriculum, educational materials, learning patterns, and learner variables'. And based on this, the distribution and trend of reading education research for international students were identified. Based on the final analysis results, the direction of future reading education research for international students was suggested, and the limitations of this study were also described.
