자폐성 장애아동을 위한 문제행동 디지털 치료제 사용성 평가에 관한 질적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 문제행동 디지털 치료제 개발을 위해 소비자 참여의 일환으로 자폐성 장애 부모를 대상으로 초기 버전 사용성 평가를 하였다. 연구 방법으로 질적 평가 방법인 포커스 그룹 인터뷰가 사용되었으며, 초기 디지털 치료제 버전을 사용한 만 3-6세 자폐성 아동의 어머니 9명이 참여하였다. 인터뷰 내용은 1) ABA 부모 교육, 2) 굿타임 어플리케이션 사용 후기, 3) 앱 사용 환경부분으로 나뉘어 총 21개의 질문으로 이루어졌다. 인터뷰 결과는 ‘ABA 어플리케이션 개발의 필요성’, ‘굿타임 어플리케이션의 장단점’, ‘향후 어플에 관한 의견’ 으로 분석, 정리되었다. 자폐성 장애아동 부모는 문제행동의 조기 중재, 편리성, 경제성, 일반화 촉진 등의 이유로 ABA 기반 행동 중재 어플리케이션이 필요하다고 하였으며, 어플리케이션의 장점으로 문제행동 중재의 효과성과 양육 지식의 향상이 언급되었다. 또한 추후 어플리케이션의 고도화 작업을 위해 필요한 어플리케이션 구성에 관한 내용적, 기능적 보완점들이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a preliminary usability evaluation as part of consumer engagement in the development of digital therapeutics for parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who exhibit challenging behaviors. Qualitative method, focus group interviews, was used for the research, involving nine mothers of children with ASD aged 3-6 years who had used the initial version of the digital therapeutics. The interview content was organized into three parts: 1) ABA parent education, 2) Feedback on the Good Time application, and 3) App usage environment, comprising a total of 21 questions. The interview results were analyzed and summarized into categories such as the 'Necessity of ABA Application Development,' 'Pros and Cons of the Good Time Application,' and 'Opinions on the Future Application.' Parents of children with ASD emphasized the need for ABA-based behavior intervention applications due to early intervention, convenience, cost-effectiveness, and promotion of generalization of positive behaviors. Furthermore, they highlighted several advantages of the application, including its efficacy in behavior intervention and its contribution to enhancing parenting knowledge. Additionally, in-depth discussions were held on the content and functional enhancements required for the future development of the application.
