통합교육 장면에서 특수교육대상자 문제행동 중재를 위한 특수교사와 통합학급교사의 협력 경험

국문 초록

본 연구는 통합교육 장면에서 특수교육대상자가 보이는 문제행동 중재에 대한 특수교사와 통합학급교사의 협력 경험을 살펴보고 원활한 협력을 위한 방안을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 동일한 특수교육대상자를 담임하고 문제행동 중재를 위해 6개월 이상 협력한 특수교사와 통합학급교사가 연구 참여자로 참여하였으며, 2명이 1팀으로 총 6팀, 12명이 참여하였다. 그룹 면담과 개별 면담을 실시하였고, 수집한 자료는 연속적 비교 분석법을 활용하여 개방 코딩, 범주화, 범주 확인의 과정을 거쳐 분석하였다. 연구결과, 4개의 상위 주제, 17개의 하위 주제가 확인되었으며, 상위 주제는 ‘문제행동 시 협력으로 사용한 방법’, ‘문제행동 중재 시 협력의 긍정적인 면’, ‘문제행동 중재 시 협력의 어려움’, ‘문제행동 중재 시 더 나은 협력을 위한 바람과 요구’로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 확인한 결과를 토대로 문제행동 중재 시 특수교사와 통합학급교사의 협력을 돕기 위한 제언 및 후속연구를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the collaborative processes of special education teachers and general education teachers who have collaborated for over six months in addressing challenging behaviors exhibited by students with special educational needs in inclusive education settings. The participants of this study were special education teachers and general education teachers who had collaborated for over six months in addressing challenging behaviors of the same student in both special education classrooms and inclusive classrooms. A total of 12 participants, forming 6 teams, were included in the study. Group interviews were conducted with the teams, and individual interviews were conducted with each participant to gather data. The collected data were analyzed using a continuous comparative analysis method, involving open coding, categorization, and category confirmation. The research findings were derived from two major theme, four higher-level themes, and seventeen lower-level themes. The higher-level themes were 'Methods of Collaboration Utilized in Addressing Challenging Behaviors,' 'Benefits of Collaboration in Behavior Intervention,' 'Challenges of Collaboration in Behavior Intervention,' and 'Desires and Demands for Better Collaboration in Behavior Intervention.'Based on the results identified in this study, suggestions and follow-up studies were presented to help the cooperation between special education teachers and integrated classroom teachers in problem behavior intervention.
