대학생의 단절 및 거절도식과 진로적응성의 관계에서 자기자비와 정서인식명확성의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 진로적응성 향상 방안을 모색하기 위해, 단절 및 거절도식이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향과 두 변인 간의 관계에서 자기자비와 정서인식명확성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 경상남도에 소재한 4년제 대학교 재학생 중에서 무선으로 표집한 375명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이중, 불성실 응답으로 판단된 8명의 자료를 제외한 최종 367명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 단절 및 거절 도식은 자기자비와 정서인식명확성에 각각 부적으로 유의미한 영향을 주었고, 진로적응성과는 의미 있는 관계가 확인되지 않았다. 팬텀변인을 활용한 매개효과 검증 결과, 자기자비와 정서인식명확성은 단절 및 거절 도식과 진로적응성의 관계를 각각 매개하였으며, 자기자비와 정서인식명확성의 순차적 매개효과가 확인되었다. 결과를 바탕으로 대학생 상담과 진로지도 장면에서의 함의와 노력할 점 등이 논의되었으며 본 연구의 제한점 및 향후 연구 방향이 제안되었다.

영문 초록

This study tried to verify the the structural relationships among disconnection and rejection, emotional awareness clarity, self compassion, and career adaptability of university students. Through this, this study seeks to ways to enhance career adaptability of university students. For this, a survey executed to 375 university students who selected by random sampling in Gyeongnam province. Total 367 data which excluded unfaithful cases analyzed consequently through SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. According to the analysis, the disconnection and rejection schema negatively affects to self compassion and emotional awareness clarity, but have not found significant relationships to career adaptation. The self compassion and emotional awareness clarity partly mediated in the relationship between disconnection and rejection schema and career adaptability. Also, the sequential mediating effects are discovered in the verification of mediation effects using phantom variable. Implications and efforts in the fields of college counseling and career education are discussed based on the results. In addition, the limitations of this study and further study directions are suggested.
