국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애 형제를 둔 비장애 아동의 퇴행 행동 개선 및 우울, 불안 정서 완화를 위한 미술치료 과정에서 아동은 어떠한 경험을 하고 그 의미가 무엇인지를 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구를 위해 초등 3학년 남자 아동을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 2021년 5월 22일부터 2022년 6월 25일까지 주 1회 100분씩 총 32회기 미술을 기반으로 한 치료사 개입을 적용하여 미술치료를 진행하였다. 자료 수집은 녹음을 전사한 축어록, 이미지 촬영 및 보관을 통한 구체적 상황과 사건의 맥락에 초점을 둔 심층적 이해 자료에 근거하여 회기를 경험 내용과 의미에 따라 질적 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 미술치료 경험은 총 5개의 상위 주제와 17개의 하위 주제로 도출되었다. 상위 주제로는 <억누른 채 드러낼 수 없는 우울과 무력감>, <질타와 비난으로부터 피하고 싶은 불안한 마음>, <나에게만 화를 내는 부모님과 동생을 향한 원망과 분노>, <이제는 울지 않고 당당하게 말할 수 있어요>, <힘이 되어주는 소중한 우리 가족>이다. 미술치료 과정에서 아동이 경험한 감정과 사고의 전환은 퇴행 행동 개선및 심리적 성장을 도와 긍정적 대처력을 갖게 하는 변화를 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine what a child experienced and what meanings were in the process of art therapy to improve regressive behavior, alleviate depression, and instability for a non-disabled child with disabled siblings. For the study, a male child in the third grade of elementary school was selected as a research participant, and art therapy was performed by applying art-based therapist intervention for a total of 32 sessions of 100 minutes once a week from May 22, 2021, to June 25, 2022. For data collection, the sessions were qualitatively analyzed based on an in-depth understanding of data focusing on the context of specific situations, events through verbatim transcriptions of recordings, and image taking and storage. As the result of this study, 5 upper themes and 17 sub-topics were derived. Upper themes were , , , , and . Changes in emotions and thoughts experienced by child in the process of art therapy showed that the therapy helped overcome his regressive behavior and improve psychological growth with positive coping skills. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
