결혼이주여성의 공연중심 연극 프로그램 개발과 실행: 변화를 위한 협력적 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주자의 적응문제를 진단하여 이를 치유하기 위한 공연중심 연극 프로그램을 계획․실행하고, 참여자의 변화를 검토하여 향후의 실천을 위한 성찰자료를 추출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 ‘공연중심 연극 프로그램은 어떤 과정을 통해 실행되는가?’와 ‘공연중심 연극 프로그램을 통해 어떠한 변화가 일어나는가?’라는 두 개의 연구문제를 설정하였으며 실행연구방법으로 이루어졌다. 3개 통로로 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료의 해석은 해당당사자에게, 전 과정의 진행에 대해서는 동료검토를 받는 절차를 거쳤다. 연구결과, 첫째, 실행과정은 리허설 전, 리허설, 공연이라는 과정으로 이루어졌으며, 모국문화와 감정의 표현, 적응기술 탐색, 새로운 역할의 훈련체화에 주안점을 두었다. 둘째, 개인층, 관계층, 실행층, 공동체층이라는 틀로 구분하고 분석한 결과 결혼이주여성의 자기개념은 억압, 무기력, 불안, 소외에서 주장, 효능감, 자신감, 소통으로 변화되었다, 또한 변화는 정체성의 4개 층이 상호연관 되어 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

This study aims to plan and carry out a performance-centered Drama Therapy Program in order to diagnose and cure adaptation problems of female marriage immigrants, and extract reflection data for future practice by examining changes of the participants. Research questions are as follows: through what process is Drama Therapy Program enacted, and what changes happen through the Dram Therapy Program? This study adopted action research and collected data via three sources. It also let the participants examine the interpreted data and carried out a peer review of the entire process. Results show that: 1) the process consisted of before rehearsal, rehearsal, and performance, and focused on the representation of native culture and emotions, exploring adaptive skills, and training to be ingrained for new roles; 2) the analysis based on four layers (individual, relational, enacted, and communal) shows that the self-concepts of the participants have changed from feelings of inhibition, lethargy, anxiety, and isolation to efficacy, confidence along with self-assertion and communication. The positive changes have occurred by the four identity layers in an interrelated way.
